"And he didn't say anything?" Iris asked as she sat on Milly's bed eating her cake.

"He looked like he wanted to say something but he just kept his mouth shut and it annoys the hell out of me" I growled.

"Dude chill, he probably just wants to express his feelings but doesn't know how to get it out right" Milly said as she walked into the room wearing sweatpants and a sports bra.

"Well he better be trying to express some 'sorry for hurting you back then, I shouldn't have reacted like a total ass' feelings" I turned to her.

"Those are a lot of feelings to express...but seriously I know him and he doesn't know how to properly express his feelings" she opened her closet and started looking around for something.

"How do you know him" I crossed my arms.

"He's my half brother" she smirked at me. "Although we didn't know until freshmen year. Our moms decided to move in next to teach other so we got to know each other more" she said.

"Well I've known him since middle school" I huffed out.

"But didn't you leave in high school?" She questioned me as she pulled on a shirt.

"Yes, but-"

"Listen...I get you two have been friends for the longest but I've had to live with this fool. He's actually tried fixing things a lot in the past, he's been taking you around with him because he likes spending time with you." She gave me somewhat of a pity look.

"Listen" I tried not to sound like I was mocking her. "He told me back then that he was straight, not really but in a way he did, so I'd just like to drop the subject now" I uncrossed my arms and laid out on the bed.

"Just give him a chance, please" Milly walked over to me.

"Fine, but I'm gonna head back to my room so I can be well rested for this party tomorrow" I popped up and turned to look at Iris.

Iris somehow went into a some sort of state of shock when Milly walked in. It could've been because of her walking in without a shirt or the fact that her hair is wet. I'm not sure and I wanna keep it that way.

"See ya tomorrow" Milly put her arm around Iris's shoulder.

"Bye" I waved to them as I left their dorm room.

I walked down the hall towards the elevator. I pressed the button and waited for a second. The doors opened and I walk in them pressed the bottom floor.

"Hold the elevator!" A recognizable voice shouted from down the hallway.

I ignored the cries and pleases, silently watched the doors close. A smile creeped onto my face as the doors were two inches away from closing. Sadly, two hands slipped in between the closing doors then pried them open.

"Jezz ever heard of common curtesy-" Aubrey looked at me with surprise littering her face. "Berry?" She breathed out as she abruptly entered the elevator, I ignored her. "I-oh umm....main level please" she said once she realized I wasn't going to answer.

"Oh hey" I played as if I'm just now noticing her as I pressed a button. "Do I know you from somewhere" I gave her a fake smile.

"Uh...duh" she said as the elevator doors closed. "Aubrey, from high school" she held her hand out for me to shake as a smile fell onto her face, most likely just as fake as my smile is.

"Cool" I ignored her hand.

"So...what happened to you back at school?" She questioned awkwardly.

"Passed all my classes with A's and now I'm here to get my degree" I stared at the elevator doors.

"Not that silly, I mean why'd you leave the school" she asked.

"Pardon me, but I think this is your stop" I said and she hurried off the elevator but turned back to me. "And with all due respect, you shouldn't ask why I left when you know the answer" I grinned.

The doors closed and my eyes flew up to the little red light bulbs above the door.

4...3...2...1...

The doors opened to the bottom floor..aka the main level.

When I said petty, I meant petty.

"That's all for today class, have a nice weekend" the teacher said as he walked over to his desk in the corner which seems to be getting smaller and smaller by the day.

I was proven right when he sat down. His legs could barely fit under the table. His legs only fit because of the small chair he was in. Some of the stuff on his desk was pushed to the floor. He just generally looks pleased with what his desk looks like.

I shrugged my shoulders then picked up my bag and walked out into the empty hall. I bolted down the hall like a bitch on wheels ((Quote from shaeisew )) before the hall filled with its usual musty people.

Today is the day I attend my first college party. I could lie and say I'm not excited but that would be stupid to do. Well actually there are some things I'm not excited about.

1. Drunk people. For the first thirty minutes everyone should be sober but some only go to parties to get drunk. And three things can happen when your drunk: stupid party animals, un consensual sex, and walking up either in your room or some weird place.

2. Those people. You know, the people who go around roofie-ing others. Some how the person being roofied can either be saved, raped, or prostituted.

3. Drama. Some how some way drama will happen when there's a big group of people around. People sometimes only come to see the drama go down or to get involved in the drama. #BringYourPopcornBitches.

4. People who leave early. Not the ones who leave after two or three hours. I'm talking about the ones who get to the party then leave after one drink. No one ever sees them again during the party. It's like they said "Free liquor? Bitch I'll be there!" Then they leave after they've downed a whole bottle.

5. Who others wake up next to. Sure, you couldn't care less about who someone wakes up next to..that is until you're in that situation. At least five people wake up to an unknown person. Three people wake up next to one of their buddies, and I'm not talking fuck buddies. And at least five people wake up next to an ex of some sort.

I don't really see myself doing 1-5 or anything really. I'll probably just dance and then head back to the dorm. Keeping it safe.
