"Do the boys also wear the crop top and skirts" the only other boy, Max, in the dance class asks Olly.

"Sadly yes, we only ordered pants for the boys on the cheer team. They expected more girls to join so we have extra skirts" Olly says in an apologetic tone.

"Even though I know for a fact some of your as- butts would look good in a skirt" Andy winks at some of the girls.

"That's misogynistic Andy" Wyatt rolls his eyes.

"Not if I'm not here to see it- I mean them" Andy grunts.

"It literally is though" Wyatt hits him over the head with a water bottle receiving an 'ow' from Andy.

"Okay everyone, practice will start early tomorrow because we have to leave Friday. Make sure your here by 6 am" Camren smiles.

"Who the fuck is gonna wake up and be out on this humid ass field early in the morning?" Wyatt kicks some dirt as he walks over to Iris and I.

"The people who don't want to look stupid out on the field will show up early!" He yells at Wyatt.

"Or the people who try too hard!" Wyatt yells back, Iris looks over at me when he said try too hard. "So, you guys ready for the game on Sunday?" Wyatt asks us.

"Yea I think it'll be pretty easy for me" Iris says confidently, completely forgetting all that complaining she did yesterday after practice.

"Yea, easy" I look at Iris for a second. "But as long as I can find some shorts to wear under the skirt." I say, looking back to Wyatt.

"The skirts have built in shorts" Wyatt crosses his arms in a playful mocking way.

"I need extra shorts just incase someone decides to pay attention to what's under my skirt rather than the game" I let out a sigh as I glance to Landon on the field.

"Aww, why would you wanna hide from your boyfriend. Oh wait, did you wanna save it for after the game?" he nudges me with a smirk on his face.

"He's not my boyfriend!" I slap his arm as I shake my head rapidly.

"He's in denial" Iris pretends to whisper to him, her laughs getting in the way.

"I am not in denial" I stomp the ground like a 2 year old having a tantrum.

"Notice how he didn't deny that he's saving it for him after the game?" Wyatt laughs, Iris and him nudging each other with weird looks on their faces. "So who's the lucky guy that's got you acting like this?" He says, letting out the last bit of his laughs.

"He's over th- I mean there is no lucky guy..if anything he's unlucky as hell" I mutter out that last part.

"He's number 12" Iris points out Landon drinking a Gatorade.

"The one with the long straight hair?"  Wyatt squints at Landon and Iris nods her head 'yes'. "He looks lucky, what's got your panties in a bunch?" He turns and asks me.

"I don't wear panties" I roll my eyes then look at Landon as he runs to the other football players. "He doesn't mean to fuck up..it's just hard to forgive him sometimes" I let out a sigh.

Maybe Iris was right, I never did give him a chance to explain himself. All I did was ignore him after seeing him and Aubrey kiss. I mean she did kiss him first, maybe it took him off guard. I'll take some time late and probably call him or something. I would give some credit to Miles but he didn't really help, aside from letting me cry on him.

"Welp I'm out, I gotta wake up early ass hell for something I don't want to do anyways!" He yells loud enough for Camren to hear.

"Stop complaining already!" He yells back.

Iris and I grab our bags and towels. We walk off the field and towards the place where we normally get the chocolate cake from.

"Good thing you'll be cheering for Landon" Iris nudges my arm a little to hard.

"And why is that a good thing?" I roll my eyes as I open the door for her.

"He might actually distract your ass from trying to do this cheer prefect" she rolls her eyes right back at me.

"One chocolate cake and a strawberry milkshake please" I tell the girl at the counter.

"$4.86, cash or credit?" She asks.

"Is there a sale today or something?" I ask as I hand her $5.

"Yea, with the purchase of a milkshake 3 dollars is taken off your total" she smiles at me as she prepares the milkshake.

She comes back over to the counter with the milkshake and her chocolate cake. We say thanks then leave the shop. Iris talks my ear off about things Milly has done for her as we walk into the dormitory. We hop on the elevator and I press the button for Iris's floor. Not long after the doors open and Iris tells me some stupid joke before the doors close.

"Next time you have to get the door- oh hey Berry" Seth answers the door. "What are you doing over here so late?" He asks checking his phone.

"I Uhh..came to see Landon" I give him an awkward smile.

"Ohh" he winks at me before he cups his hand over my ear. "Make sure you guys do it on his bed" he whispers.

"Oh shut up and let me in" I shake my head trying to get that thought out of my head.

"Hey I'm going over to Miles and Berry's dorm!" Seth yells as he slips on his shoes.

"Tell Berry I said-" Landon comes out of the room in some boxers, the joker from the card deck plastered all over them. "..hey" he looks at me surprised.

"You kids have fun now" Seth waves at us before he closes the door behind himself.

"Hey" I say looking everywhere but at him.

"Hey.." he says breathless.
