We'd only been at this club for almost two hours but it seems like we've been here for three seconds. The strobe pink and blue lights mixed with the drinks I had at the bar start to get to me. Or maybe the building really is spinning.
Miles is in a chair at the bar on FaceTime with Seth. Seth clearly looks worried but Miles keeps making flirtatious jokes and biting his lip. If couldn't see his phone, I'd think he was about to fuck his phone.
Speaking of fucking. I miss Landon. This morning was so amazing and now I'm here without him. I reallyyyyy wanna go home now. I can just imagine his big fat juicy-
-Iris' Point of View-
I watched as Berry's eyes started to fill with tears in the middle of the dance floor. He just stopped dancing and got sad so suddenly. I guess he's hit his sad phase in his drunken state.
Miles over there is on the verge of shoving his hands in his pants while Seth watches. Poor guy doesn't even know where we are because Miles thinks his confusion is funny.
I pull Berry off the dance floor and Miles up from the bar. I sit them down in front of the club on the sidewalk as I pull out my phone.
The Uber I ordered is turning the corner right now so I put my phone away and pull the boys to their feet. As the Uber pulls up Berry starts to sob louder and Miles starts laughing. I push them into the car, getting in behind them.
The car ride wasn't as long back as it was to get here. The city seemed to leave the window in a flash then it was back to the woods. And just like that, the college was back in view.
"Can you pull around the side and cut off your headlights?" I pointed to where we needed to be dropped off at.
The driver did as instructed and pulled around to the side. I got out and pulled Berry and Miles out after me. I peaked my head into the driver side window and finally got a good look at the driver.
"..Yes?" The lady in the front seat looked at me with a confused expression, at least that's what I think. It's really to dark out here to tell.
"Sorry to be a bother but do you think you can help my friends and I over this fence?" I pointed behind me.
"Listen I don't have time to help you break into some scho-"
"We're not breaking in, we actually go here" I quickly interrupt her. "We're not suppose to leave campus but I wanted to get out today. I can pay you ex-" she opened her car door and let out a sigh.
When the light in the car came on I could see her just fine. She's a beautiful woman with dark chocolate skin, almost like an actual chocolate bar. Her hair is in jumbo twists, some of it was tied together with big gold yarn. A gold nose ring to match the yarn. She's wearing black lipstick and there are black dots going down her nose and above both her eyebrows. She has on a long sleeve V-neck and jeans.
I couldn't see her shoes as she got out the car, closing the door behind herself. She walked over to Berry and helped him off the ground, and damn she's tall. I quickly got over there and helped push him over the wall. Miles he didn't even wanna climb over till I threw his phone over. And then there was me. Before the woman could make contact with me I quickly turned around.
"Can I uh.." she waited. "Can I have your number- not in like a weird way. I just don't have any cash on me right now and I wanna contact you- to send you the money of course" gosh I sound like a creep.
"Sure" she chuckles as she takes her phone out from her back pocket and hands it to me.
I put my name and number in her phone. I hand it back and she looks down at the screen before cutting off her phone and putting it back.
"Okay let's go" she grabs me by the waist and hoists me over the wall. "Good night Iris" she smiles at me before getting back in her car and leaving.
I hop down only to be met with an angry Seth. He's holding Berry over his shoulder and is holding onto Miles's hand.
"I'll get Berry back to the dorm just make sure not to walk into the wrong room." He manages to laugh.
"I'm tipsy not drunk" I smirk as I pat his back.
We walk back into the dormitory through the back door and get on the elevator. We stop on my floor and I get off, parting ways. I walk up to my door and take out my phone.
I put my keys on my phone when I first got them so I wouldn't lose them. Or so I'd have more of a need to find them if I lost my phone.
I unlocked the door then shuffled into the dark kitchen, closing the door behind myself. I left my phone on the island table and my shoes and jacket by the front door as I walked to the room. I turned on the light to see Milly laying there in bed
With that red head, Aubrey.
Their hair was a mess. Clothes littered the floor. Aubrey's signature red lipstick was all over Milly's lips. The blankets were lazily thrown over them. Do I really need to explain more?
Milly turned over, her eyes slowly opened meeting my teary ones. I quickly turned around and left the room. I could hear Milly getting up as I struggled to get on my shoes.
"Where are you going?" She grabbed my hands shaking.
I growled as I pushed her away from me, leaving my other shoe there. She continues talking but I block her out as I figure out what to do next. I pulled on my jacket then went to grab my phone but she got to it first and threw it back into the room.
"While you please answer me?" She grabs my shoulders.
"What do you want from me!" I yell on the verge of tears.
"Why are you so upset?" She goes to wipe my face but I push her off of me. "Is it because of Aubrey because if it is I was just bored and she was here-"
"So it's okay for you to replace at your expense. That's crazy that's crazy" I laugh. "I forgot, I can't get mad at you because we're not actually dating" I walk past her, back into the room.
"It's not even that serious-"
"I took an interest in girls because I thought hey," I snatch my phone up from the floor and walk back over to the door. "Girls know how it feels to be hurt or some shit like that" I turn back to her. "Guess not all girls are like that" I walk out dorm, slamming the door behind myself.
