"Andy, get up or we are gonna be late for school!" I said as I fixed my hair into a bun. I pulled the side hairs down so it framed my face.
"Yes, mother." he said as he pushed passed me in the bathroom. I sat on the counter beside him as he brushed his teeth.
"You know, I think you call me mother more than you call your mother mother." I said. He smiled at me after he washed his mouth out.
"It's because my mother is more of a stand-in when you are busy." he said then wiped his mouth.
"Now get out so I can change." I rolled my eyes then jump off the counter.
"Yes dear" I say as I shut the door.

When we arrived to school, other students were walking inside. Andy and I separated because our first classes were on different sides of the school. I waved him bye as he disappeared with all the people.
"Good morning", Axel said I closed my locker and smiled at him.
"Good morning."
"Are you off today?" I shook my head.
"I'm off tomorrow." he nodded.
"Tomorrow do you want to go to the movies with me?" he says as I stare at him.
"Uh don't you have to work?" I ask.
"Nope, I'm off too." he said smirking. I tried not to blush.
"Then sure. I will go with you." I reply.
"Great! I'm looking forward to it." Now I'm blushing.
"Can I walk you to class?" I nod.
We walked down the long hallway. My homeroom was at the very end of the hall. Other students were running to their homerooms so they wouldn't be late. Me and him, however, we just walked. Side by side talking about whatever that came to our minds during the walk.
When we reached my homeroom door I was sad that it went by so fast. I looked at him and he had the same sad look as me.
"Thanks for walking me." I say as I walk into the room.
"Dove," I turn to look at him
"Can I eat lunch with you today?"
"I would really like that" I say.
"Yeah, me too." he said then he left to go to his class. I watched as he vanished into one of the rooms.

I sat at my tree waiting for him. I was impatient. Where was he? Why isn't he here. Then I saw the boy I was waiting to see merge from the school. I smiled as he started to walk over to me.
"Hi!" he said as he sat down.
"Hello?"
"How was class?" he asked.
"It was good, how about your classes?"
"They were fine. I just wish I got to see you more." he said which made me smile but it didn't last long because I heard screaming. Not just any screaming but Andy screaming. Before I knew it I was running towards the screeching sound.
"What's wrong!" Axel screamed.
"It's Andy!" I yelled back.
I was running so fast I could feel my lungs burning but I didn't care. I needed him to be safe. When I finally got to him. I saw that three boys from the football team were hitting him. I looked and saw Leo sitting at the table by himself. He looked like he was broken.
"Stop!" I yell but they didn't listen. Anger filled my body. I went over to Leo, slamming my hand on the table.
"Are you just gonna let them do this?!" he looked at me then looked down.
"If you don't stop them I'll make sure the whole school knows who you keep in your bed." I said anger in every word but quietly enough only he could hear. He looked at me tears almost escaping his eyes.
"You would really do that?" he said. I nodded.
"For Andy, I'll do anything." He looked at me for second then looked at Andy who was crying out in pain.
"Alright, leave him alone he has had enough!" Leo said as he stood up and walked over to his team mates.
"Why are you defending him?" one of jerks yelled.
"I'm not but my guess is a teacher will walk out soon and when they do you all will be done playing football. Do you want that?" he said they looked at each then sighed.
"Whatever. Let's go. Leave the little 'Queen'" they started to walk away.
"Hey!" I yelled to them. They turn to look at me.
"If you ever hit him again, I swear to everything holy that you will wish you were dead." I yelled. They looked at me shocked. I don't think they have ever even heard me talk before. They laughed a little before walking away.
"Andy," I said as I looked at him checking to make sure they didn't break anything.
"It's not his fault." he said in such a quiet voice. I looked at him.
"Maybe not but he didn't stop it either."
"He did at the end!"
"It shouldn't have took me threatening him for him to stop it!" I said. His face changed then pushed me down.
"What did you say! What did you do!" he yelled at me before I could say anything he was pulled of off me by Axel. He looked at Axel then back at me.
"I'm going to the nurse." he pushed passed Axel and walked to the school.
"Wait! I'll go with you."
"No, I don't want you to." he snapped then went in the school.
"You didn't do anything wrong." Axel said. I looked at him.
"Thank you. I really hope he doesn't hate me forever."
