December 24

Taehyung was a huge mix of emotions right now as he stood next to Jimin inside the reception area of the wedding. The reception area of his best friends' wedding. Today, Kim Namjoon and Kim Seokjin were going to be officially married. Well, as official as it could get in South Korea. Namjoon and Seokjin's marriage wouldn't be recognized by the government. To Taehyung, that seemed a bit sad but as Namjoon and Seokjin had told all of them when they announced their engagement, the government may not legally recognize their marriage, but at least it doesn't stop them from loving each other.

And to be honest, Taehyung was glad that was true. For if it wasn't, he wouldn't be able to openly love Jimin and Jungkook the way he does. If homosexuality had been something illegal in South Korea, there was a huge chance that they might've never ended up together.

Taehyung shook his head. He shouldn't be thinking of such things on a day like this. It was a wedding after all. He shouldn't be getting sad because he's thinking of how unfair life could've been to them had things been any different then they were now.

But then again, weddings tended to be emotional events so it was normal for the green-haired male to be getting like this.

"Taehyung," Jimin called out reaching over to grab Taehyung's hand. "Let's go outside get in our places. It's about to start."

Taehyung smiled walked with him to where their seats were. They found Jungkook (who had mysteriously gone missing after they had taken pictures and eaten breakfast) sitting in one of the chairs of the front row playing a game on his phone waiting for the ceremony to start.

Jimin and Taehyung sat on either side of the younger who by then had turned exited out of the game and had put it inside the pocket of his jacket.

"Kookie," Jimin said wrapping his arm around the brown-haired male's shoulders and nuzzling his face in his hair. "Where did you go after we took the photos? You made Tae and me worried."

Jungkook blushed at Jimin's sudden affection and whined. Jimin didn't care of course about Jungkook complaining about the hug and wrapped his other arm around the younger pulling him into a bear hug.

"I went back to our room to do something," Jungkook said as Jimin kept on squishing him. "It's a surprise for later though so don't ask what it is."

Taheyung laughed at how funny Jungkook's voice sounded because Jimin was squishing him.

"Don't worry Taehyungie," Jimin said as he finally released Jungkook from the hug. "I'll hug you too. Just not right now since I don't want to climb on top of Jungkook to get to you."

"I mean I don't min-"

"Well, I'm pretty sure Tae's parents and my parents will."

"Mine would too probably, they were just looking at us."

Upon hearing this, both Jimin and Taheyung started to look around the venue to try and find Jungkook's parents.

Jungkook started laughing seeing his boyfriends practically do a whole 360° in their chairs to find his parents.

"I was just kidding guys." He said as he continued laughing. "My parents couldn't make it to the wedding."

The first people to walk down the aisle were Yoongi and Hoseok. Namjoon had asked them to walk down the aisle together since they were, out of the seven of them, his closest friends. Everyone was okay with it except Daehyun, Hoseok's boyfriend. He complained that it would be best that he walk down the aisle with Hoseok and Yoongi walked with one of the other guys. But since it wasn't for Daehyun to decide how the wedding went, Yoongi and Hoseok remained 'walking partners' and the matter wasn't discussed any further.
