Jungkook rolled over on his bed and let out a scream of frustration.

He had been trying to fall asleep for the longest time now but just couldn't. He wasn't sure if it was because it was Christmas eve and he was ready to open up all those Christmas gifts under the tree or because Taehyung and Jimin weren't home yet.

He checked the time on his phone and saw that it was 9:30. Maybe it's too early to fall asleep. He thought staring at his phone. I guess going to bed at seven was not a good idea.

Jungkook got out of his bed and headed towards the kitchen to prepare himself some warm milk and cookies. As Jungkook busied himself with preparing his little night snack, his phone began ringing. He sighed and put the jug of milk down and made his way back to his room.

"It's Namjoon." He said once he had his phone in his hands. He answered the call and put it on speaker mode.

"Hello Namjoon." He said to the phone as he made his way back to the kitchen to drink his warm milk and cookies.

"Kookie!" Jimin's voice exclaimed from the other end of the phone causing Jungkook to start choking on the cookie he was eating. "Why aren't you answering Tae and I's calls?"

Jungkook hit his chest rather harshly until the piece of cookie which had caused him his misfortune came flying out of his mouth.

"Evil cookie." He mumbled staring at the cookie on the floor.

"Jungkook?" Jimin's voice called out from the phone. "Are you still there?"

"Yes," He respond as he cleaned up the cool on the floor. "Just choked on a cookie though. Also, I haven't answered your calls because I haven't been receiving any calls from you or Tae."

"But we've been calling you since like an hour ago." Jimin said. "Wait you were choking on a cookie? Are you ok?"

"I'm fine. Since an hour ago you say? There's nothing on my phone. The only recent call I have is from three hours ago and it's from when Jin called to tell us to pick him and Namjoon up."

"Oh."

"Yeah."

"..."

"So when are you guys getting here?" Jungkook asked as he walked over to the livingroom with his glass of milk in hand. The cookies were left in the kitchen as they proved to be too dangerous for Jungkook to continue eating.

"Probably not until really late," Jimin replied. "There's a lot of traffic."

"Oh," Jungkook said swishing the milk in his glass, careful not to spill it on the couch he was sitting on."I wish I could've gone with you guys "

"I'm sorry Kookie." Jimin said, his pout very obvious despite the fact that Jungkook couldn't see him. "But someone had to stay to stay to make sure Tannie and Gureum didn't get to the food we made."

"I know," Jungkook respond quietly as he continued playing with his glass of milk. "But they're both asleep already so I can't play with them and I'm very bored."

"Aw, Kookie. Tae's tryna to see if we can get home anytime soo-"

"Oh my good it's snowing. Namjoon did you take the plants inside." Jungkook heard Jin yell. He laughed as he heard a 'yes' from Namjoon and a loud 'oh thank goodness our babies are safe' from Seokjin.

Jimin sighed. "Ah never mind Kookie I don't think we'll get there anytime soon now that it's snowing."

"It's ok," Jungkook said as he looked out the window and saw that it was indeed snowing. "I think I'll go outside and play in the snow."
