You stand leaning on your syth looking off a cliff down at the kingdom of Liones, your eyes narrow as you focus on the powerful magical energy of the former leader of the commands. Meliodas, the demon kings oldest son, a prince, now the sin of wrath, you sigh as you push off your syth letting yourself fall like dead weight off the cliff. Your syth made of your darkness absorbed back into your body as time slows down in your free fall, you summon your wings right before you hit the ground. Your great black wings send you shooting back up into the sky carrying you towards the former prince of darkness.

By the time you see the tavern below you the sun is setting, you see a giantess point at you and yell somthing. You roll your eyes and land in front of the tavern as the giantess approaches you. You look up at her with a cold glare knowing she couldn't see your face through your hood, but she had a aggression in her body language.  You heard the giantess grunt as she swings her giant hammer at you, this makes you gasp and teleport behind her, "Where'd she go!" The giantess yelled clearly confused. "Hey you!" You yell at her back making her turn around to meet your displeased face, "What's your problem?!" You yell as you summon your syth and swing it at the giants feet, sweeping them out from under her. She falls making the ground shake and making others run out of the tavern to see what is happening.

A fairy boy is the first to the giants side, "Diane! Are you okay?" He asks genuinely concerned for her. The giant girl sits up rubbing the back of her head, "Yea... I'm okay King..." she says quietly as she looks at you with worried eyes. You sigh, "Relax I'm not here to kill you guys. I'm just looking for someone." you say rolling your eyes and squeezing the handle of the syth frustrated. Diane stands quickly, "Well why didn't you say so?" she asks crossing her arms not believing you. You hear familiar laughter, "Well that's because she wont talk much unless she knows you. Isn't that right (Y/n)?" Says the voice coming from behind the giant. Your eyes widen recognizing the voice, that voice you missed so much, that stupid grin you could hear, he steps towards you smiling seductively with shining emerald eyes.

You let out a breathless laugh dropping your syth, "Meliodas..." you say breathlessly. You stand there frozen, the years flash by as the tears start to fall, he smiles gently and pulls you into a tight hug. His head falls into the crook of your neck, "Where've you been love..." he asks quietly so only you can hear, you wimper as you finally snap out of it and hug him back. You hold him like he was gonna disappear again, breathing him in, that familiar scent of the forest and ale. Your pulled back from him to meet his eyes, "I'm here now." you say as he wipes the tears away. "Yes you are, and I'm never letting you go again." He tells you making you smile at him. "So you know this girl captain?" King asks Meliodas which earns him a laugh from you. "This girl knows him better than himself Harlequin." You say turning to see the shocked face of the fairy king himself, now stammering confused mess because you know his true name.

Meliodas laughs at you, "Come on. Let's get you inside love." He says as he snakes an arm around the small of your back to wrap around you, almost afraid to let you go again. You hear Diane huff in annoyance at this but you didn't pay her any attention, until King spoke up, "Its a good thing the princess isn't here Captain." was all he said. You then roll your eyes knowing exactly who he was talking about, Meliodas' grip tightened a little pulling you closer, "Don't worry about her love she doesn't even remember you let alone what happened." he whispers to you. Your eyes keep to the ground, "She will pay for what she did to me. Not just you but me." you say coldly making the blonde stop walking, you keep walking right out of his grip into the tavern first.

Meliodas enters right after you, he sees you and your anger, "(Y/n). Breath." He tells you gently as he takes your arms sternly making you look deep into his eyes which always calmed you down. You take a deep breath, "Sorry Mel.. I - I came here to ask you something." You say talking a step back and looking down. "I was searching for you but I'm also trying to track down Zeldris. I need a favor from both of you..." you say as your posture stiffens, Meliodas chuckles and looks around before looking back to you with a grin forming. He then has you up against the wall in a flash with your arms pinned above your head, he smirks and smashes his lips against yours kissing you deeply. You push into the kiss blushing as he pulls back pushing your head back against the wall by your throat with his free hand. He keeps your hands pinned above your head still as he licks up your neck to your ear, "we have an audience..." he whispers after he nips your ear and pulls back with a seductive smirk when you hear someone speak.
