i pulled away and blushed. we held hands until we heard a car pull up behind us. we both turned around letting go of each other's hands. it was the boys. they literally had a tracker on us.

i walked out of the room and saw jaden sitting on the floor. he got up and put his arm around me.

jaden nodded. we went outside and jaden opened the car door for me. i sat back down next to avani.
"is everything okay? is he okay?" avani asked

i sat on my bed doing homework when i heard a ding come from my phone.

honestly i was happy that i was going to see chase but it would be awkward. chase made me feel this way that nobody else could. i really did love him but it's too soon.

it was around 10:30 when i fell asleep. i woke up around 4 to the sound of muffled yelling. i rubbed my eyes and opened my door.
"no i don't give a fuck! i'm staying in LA with my daughter. i want to make her happy!" my mom yelled
i shut my door quietly and leaned against the door grinning. we were supposed to leave on friday but i didn't question why she never brought it up. i lied on the bed and scrolled through my phone. i was already pretty much awake so i stayed up until 5:30. i got out of bed and did my morning routine.

i went downstairs and saw my mom sitting at the island. she sat in frustration with her head in her hands.
"is everything okay, mom?"

"i heard you this morning. about moving. is it true?" i asked

i walked to math with my eyes locked on my phone. i ran into someone and looked up.

he was kinda cute but i was still hooked on chase. i walked into my math class and took my notebook out.
"wassup, jazz!" erick said
"you're awfully excited?"
"and you're not?" he laughed
"haven't been happy in a while but we're thriving." i smiled
"wanna hangout after school?"
"i'll think about it."
class ended and i was walking to my english class when i heard my name being called.
"jasmine!"
it was mar.
"wassup?"
"wanna hangout after school? or when's your lunch?"
"my lunch is 3rd, you?"
"yo me too! wanna hangout then?"
"sure." i smiled
i entered my class and sat down. payton was late. we haven't talked since the fight thing in the parking lot.

"jazz." payton whispered
"huh?" i said looking at my notebook
"love you."
i looked over at him and sadly smiled.
"i love you so much more, pay."
"let's hangout during lunch?"
"oh, i actually have plans with someone."
"oh." he frowned
i frowned too and went back to my work. i wrote a note saying 'let's hangout tmr'
he wrote back with 'yes'. class finally ended and i walked to lunch. i waited for mar to walk through the doors and he eventually did.
"hi." i smiled

"wanna go to the park?" he asked

we walked out of the doors and started to walk down the path to the park.
"my friends might hit on you." he said

we arrived at the park and we sat down at the tables. there were a lot of people there.
"this is jasmine." he introduced me
i felt kinda awkward so i stayed on my phone.
"you okay?" mar asked
"of course." i smiled
i went back to looking at my phone.

"just admiring your beauty."

"wanna go swing?" he asked
"sure."
i got up and walked over to the swings with him.

"just met him so no."

he got off the swing and winked at me. and followed him under the playground and sat there.
