"Hey, pumpkin how are you?" My father Keith asked.

"You sure?" He questioned once more looking unsure.
I nodded. "I have my days here and there, but Kody always brightens up my day." I said with smiling looking at him sleep.
"Alright, honey I'm just making sure. I love you" He said kissing my forehead.
"I love you, too. Where's mom?" I asked looking around.
"She's in the room. You know I had the put her to sleep" he said with a smirk.
I scrunched up my face with a disgusted look "Really dad? I don't want to hear that shit!" I said.
"Well, I'm just being honest and you better stop cussing before I have to take my belt off. " He said acting as if he was taking it off.
"I'm not scared of your belt. " I said running off.
"Then why you run?" He asked.
I continued upstairs and went into my parent's room. My gorgeous mother Karla was laying in the bed watching tv.
