I watch in shock as dad took Leslies flower pot, I look away as Rocky laughs "dad maybe you should give him his pot back" I say trying not to look. One of them looks at me and says "only if you do something for your own payback" Rocky said it. I nod, he just needs his pot back on, I don't think people need to see a naked kid on our porch. Leslie makes a sound at my family, but I hear him say "(Y/n) I want to know that you're a good person. Can you and I try and talk this out?" I look at him, and dad glares at him, as Rocky grabs a fish for a weapon.

"Maybe without the company" Leslie says nervously, I nod and say "we'll be in the front, I'll be okay, I promise" dad nods as Rocky does too. When Leslie got out of earshot, I look at the two boys and say "start recording once I get to Leslie. You're gonna wanna keep this memory" Rocky nods, since dad doesn't know how to use a camera. I walk out and to the sidewalk with Leslie "honestly how did that whole fight with Penny even start?" Leslie asks. I look at him and say "how well do you know Gumball?" He rolls his eyes "he can be annoying. Sometimes he does the right thing..."

I nod and say "yeah, he does the right thing, when he knows to at least, so I believe him when he says that he didn't cheat on Penny. Also do you think Darwin would let him do something like that?" Leslie looks deep in thought. "No, I guess not" Leslie says in understanding, but after that I walk up to him with a smile, he looks at me confused. "What are you doing?" He asks looking at me scared, I just look at all the petals on him. "Do you think you can pull off a goatee?" I asks while still examining his face, he shook his head.

"Why?" He asks "I think you could, ya know, go old school" "what kind of girl likes old school?" Leslie asks while rolling his eyes, I look him in the eye saying "kinda alot of them." He looks at me with a blush "close your eyes, I got a surprise for ya Leslie" he hesitantly agrees. He was expecting a kiss, but I grab all of his petals off of his head, except the bottom one. His eyes shoot open as he screams "what have you done to my petals?!" "That was for the pie. This!" I make him think I was gonna push him, he got prepared, and jumped up to kick me in the face.

I duck, make him stay on his feet, and kiss his cheek, his blush darkens "that's an apology for what my dad and bro did in there, sorry dude. Now you might wanna run, I'll hold them off" Leslie looks at me confused "who?" I point at dad, mom, and Rocky. My entire adoptive family is running out the door looking angry, Leslie looks back at me scared. "Start running, I don't know how long I would be able to hold them off!" He nods, and makes a run for it. Dad was the first to get close, so I jumped on his back saying "dad, you're supposed to be with me."

He looks back at me with a glare "let me at that boy you kissed first!" I grab his arm and pull him back to the house, mom just looks at me. I look at her with a side glare, hoping this would work "meh meh meh meh meh meh(1)" she nods, and goes in. 'That worked???' I thought as I pull dad in, Rocky didn't even bother to argue with me after I said that to mom. I make them all sit on the couch "since mom is the scariest of us all here, I'm gonna speak her language. MEH MEH MEH MEH MEH MEH! MEH MEH MEH MEH!! MEH MEH MEH MEH MEH MEH MEH MEH(2)."

Rocky and dad exchange a look "is it scarier that she's making sense, or that she actually sound scary talking like that?" Rocky asks dad. Dad just says "yes" Rocky ran upstairs, dad and mom are the only two people here now "meh meh meh meh(3)." Mom nods her head, she takes her leave, and now it's just dad and I "what type of talk are we having?" Dad asks nervously. I glare at him "you have to trust me dad, I'm not a little girl, I'm an independent young lady. I am twelve years old-" "by that time I was fifteen-" I glare at him for his statement "point taken."

I nod and say "finally, now I'm gonna go and take my shower, I need it for how my day is going" dad nods, so I grab some pajamas, and go into the bathroom to do my routine.

-time skip to when you just get out of the shower, brought to you by Anais' dachshund face-

I wrap a towel around me, start to dry my hair, when I hear Rocky yell "there's someone here for ya sis!" I roll my eyes "tell them I'm busy!" "But they need to leave soon." Rocky apparently walked up to the bathroom door, so I groan and say "fine, then I guess I'll just grab my robe." I grab my robe from it's hook, and walk downstairs as I tie the string around my waist, I open the door to see Gumball. I look at him with a smile "hey Gumball, what's up?" I ask, but remember that I'm in nothing but a robe. "Our house needs fumigated, somehow cockroaches got in, Darwin is staying at Banana Joe's."

I raise an eyebrow at him "what about the others?" He looks down trying to remember "Anais went with Darwin, mom and dad went with Granny JoJo. I didn't want to go to Banana Joe's because I can only handle his weirdness for so long. I was wondering if I could stay here until the house is good? It'll only be for a week! I promise." The look in his eyes is telling me he isn't lying either, so I sigh and say "sit on the couch, I'll see what my parents say." He smiles and goes straight to the couch, kicking his feet back and forth, that is just the best image to see.
