16. Dimitri

"Where am I?" Bennett asked looking around the infirmary when he woke up and I leaned over pressing a kiss to his forehead.

"In the infirmary, you fainted outside," I replied and he nodded closing his eyes. "We should've visited the doctor sooner when you first began feeling dizzy."

"Ugh, you know I hate the infirmary," he replied making me shake my head as I took his hand in mine and pressed a kiss to the back of his hand, "did the doctor come in yet?"

"He did when I brought you in and took some blood samples to run some tests to see why you were feeling dizzy," I replied and just as I had finished saying that, there was a knock on the door before it was being opened and Doctor Vincent walked in and smiled when he noticed that Bennett was awake.

"It's good to see that you've finally woke up," he stated making my mate give him a small smile, "so I got the results from the tests I ran while you were asleep."

"Should we be worried?" I asked but he shook his head.

"Well it depends on how you'll feel with the news," he replied making us exchange looks which made him chuckle. "We ran tests for every possible illness that affects us but everything came back negative so you're not sick. So the next thing we did was run a pregnancy test since, Alpha Dimitri, said that you've also been craving foods that you normally don't eat and that this wasn't the first time that you've fainted or felt dizzy for that matter."

"Are you saying what I think you're saying?" He asked and I felt my eyes widen when it dawned on me why Bennett had fainted and has been eating food that he'd never eat.

"You're pregnant," Doctor Vincent said the words that I already knew and I looked over at Bennett to see his eyes wide.

"How far along am I?" He asked and I looked over at the doctor.

"I wouldn't be able to know unless we do an ultrasound," he replied and Bennett nodded and I took a deep breath, "do you want me to leave so you two can talk?"

"Yes please," Benny replied and the doctor nodded before he excused himself and left the room closing the door behind him on his way out, "what are we going to do?"

"What do you mean?" I asked confused at his question.

"We're having a baby, Dimitri, are we even ready for that? I mean we're still in school," he replied and I could see his eyes filling with tears that it tore my heart and I stood up before climbing in beside him and pulled him into my arms.

"Hey, shh, everything's going to be okay. I know that we didn't plan on this happening when we mated but we also knew that there was a big chance that you would've fallen pregnant as well. I also know that we're still young and in school but what also know is that we'll be okay, we've got our family and friends and I know that they'll help us as much as they can with the baby."I said as he sniffled and it broke my what to hear him cry. "I promise you that nothing will change between us and how I fell about you. This is our baby, we both made it and we're both going to raise it. I'm not going to leave you and I wouldn't leave you even if we were lit mates and this happened. I love Bennett and that will never change."

"I'm scared, Dimi," he whimpered and I pressed a kiss on the top of his head.

"I know and so am I but you're not doing this alone,"I murmured.

"I wish my parents were alive so they could experience this with me,with us," he murmured and I nodded.

"Me too."

"You think they're happy?" He asked and I pulled away and smiled at his sudden mood change and cupped his cheeks making him frown.

"Of course they are baby, and I also know that they're proud of you as much I know Morgan is," I stated and his eyes widen, "what?"

"Oh god he's going to kill me," he whined burying his face in my chest making me laugh, "it's not funny."

"I'm sorry, babe, but why do you think he's going to kill you?"

"Because he always told me to be careful of I ever have sex with my mate because of this." Benny replied and I nodded.

"He's not going to kill you, babe, hell he's probably going to kill me for knocking you up when I should've been more careful," I replied and he shook his head

"We both knew the consequence of our mating and we'll both have to deal with whatever he has to say and not to mention your parents," he stated and I nodded knowing that my parents were going to kill me for not being careful.

I should've made sure to not finish inside of him when we mated four weeks ago. But we were both too engrossed in each other that we didn't think about the consequences until after we had marked each other.

"Fuck," I had cursed once we laid aide by side on the end and Bennett looked over at with a raised brow, "the condom broke" I held the ripped rubber up and his eyes widened before he was jumping out of bed and running towards the bathroom turning the water on cursing.

"Shit, shit." I heard him curse in the shower but we both knew that no matter what he did there was a high chance that he would be pregnant in a few weeks due to us not thinking. The water shut off and Bennett joined me once again in the room and looked at me with wide eyes, "what are we going to do now?"

"First we have to calm down, getting nervous is not going to change the fact hay we just mated," I said pulling him into my arms and he sighed nodding, "second will just have to wait and act normal until we visit the doctor."

"You know I hate going to the infirmary," he murmured and I kissed the top of his head.

"I know but we'll have to go see him see if you are or not," I murmured.

And we had. We didn't think much of what had happened and we went on with our lives as normal as we can until he began having dizzy sleep and weird and disgusting cravings a few days ago. I had told him that we needed to come to see Vincent but he refused.

And now here we are.

A knock on the door got our attention and I called the doctor in as I could smell him on the other side of the door and he walked in with the ultrasound machine, "I just brought this in case you wanted to know how far along you are and if not then we don't have to have it done."

"No, it's okay, we want to know how far along I am," Bennett said and he looked at me to see if I was okay with it and I nodded climbing off the bed and moving to the other side so that the doctor could put the machine in place before he was booting it up.

"Alright ready to see your baby?" He asked and we nodded.

"Are our families in the waiting room?" I asked as he asked Bennett to lift his shirt up just enough to expose his stomach and the doctor nodded, "did they ask you anything?"

"They did but I told them that you'll be the one's to tell them once I was done checking Alpha Bennett," he replied as he put some gel on Bennett's belly making him hiss at what I'm guessing was the cool liquid before he was moving the wand around. After a few seconds, the screen showed three little blobs and I felt my eyes widen, "Congratulations you're having triplets."

"WHAT!?!?" We looked to the door and saw our family standing in the doorway with mouths hanging open and eyes wide as they looked at the screen and at Bennett as he laid with his shirt up.

"Uh, surprise?"

an here's a new update guys sorry for the lack of updating and for breaking my promise in updating this book a few weeks ago but I've been extremely busy with packing (I'm going on vacation in a couple of weeks) and work that I've neglected to update....but it's here let me know what you guys think and don't forget to leave a vote/fan
