"So how are you feeling Alpha?" Doctor Vincent asked as he stood at the foot of the bed and I smiled

"Good, just sore. How's Dimitri?" I asked and he smiled

"He's doing alright, should be arriving to see you soon" he replied and just then there was a knock on the door before it was being pushed open by Dimitri. The doctor had said that due to the stress of the attack that it would have been safer to deliver the babies today then wait a week so while Dimitri and the others had been fighting the rogues, the doctor and his wife performed the c-section.

"Alpha Dimitri" The doctor greeted with a short bow and Dimitri nodded his eyes on me and on the portable crib beside me where our pups laid asleep and beside them on the small makeshift bed laid Aiden hugging the stuffed wolf that Dimitri had given him a few months ago. Luca had been with me the entire time but I ,had after much persuasion, got him go to the house with the kids and get some rest promising him that Dimitri and I will be heading back once I was fully healed.

"If you need anything you know what to do," The doctor said before he left us alone and I bit my bottom lip as Dimitri stood at the door even after the doctor closed the door.

"Dimi?" I asked and he shook his head before he walked over to the bed

"When I thought of the day that I'd be a father for the first time I always thought that I'd be with you in the delivery room" he murmured and I could see and hear the pain in his voice and eyes as he looked at the bassinet with three small bodies all asleep. I swallowed the lump in my throat and reached out to hold his hand and he looked over at me

"I wanted to wait for you to be with me but the doctor said that it would be safer to deliver them while we were in the safe room. Nothing would have meant more to me than to have you there in the safe room with me when they were born but we couldn't risk waiting for more time," I said and he nodded sighing before turning to look at the triplets again, "the doctor said that due to the stress that I have been through the past couple of days and today wasn't healthy neither for the babies nor me. Said that it would be a risk to wait a week for our scheduled c-section"

"I know still, I missed their birth and it sucks" he murmured and I cupped his cheek making him look towards me

"There was nothing that you could've done to be there with me. You were protecting us from the rogues, Dimi, and I don't blame you for not being with me when they were born. What matters now is that they're safe and healthy and that you're here now"

"You're right, have you picked their names yet?" He asked making me smile and shake my head

"I wanted to do that with you," I replied and he smiled leaning over to give me a soft kiss on the soft

"God I love you and I'm beyond proud of you for going through that alone" he whispered as he pressed his forehead against mine and I cupped the back of his neck playing with the little hair he had there

"He no alone" a small mumbled and we looked over to see that Aiden had woken up, his stuffed wolf discarded on the sofa as he rubbed his eyes with his little fist

"Of course he wasn't alone, he had you there protecting him didn't he?" Dimitri asked standing up after we pulled apart with a smile before he picked Aiden up making the little boy rest his head on his shoulder with a nod and yawn

"Yeth, I pwotect him" Aiden murmured making me smile

>We should adopt him< Bailey said making me blink

>What?< I asked shocked

>You heard me, Bennett. I see him as a son as much as I do with Lucas so we should adopt him< he replied again with wide eyes making me bite my bottom lip to keep from laughing at his expression and looked at Dimi to see that his eyes were blank meaning Grayson and he were having their own conversation before he shook his head.

"Do you want to help us pick their names, Aiden?" I asked but the little had fallen back asleep making me smile and Dimitri walked over to sit with me again on the bed

"He must have been sleep talking," Dimitri said rubbing the toddler's back with a smile, "you won't believe what Grayson just suggested we do"

"Adopt him?" I asked and he looked surprised before he shook his head chuckling, "Bailey said the same thing. We need to talk this through first before making any decisions Dimi"

"I know, but we both know that decision was already made long ago when he first came to the pack," he said

"Are you sure? It's going to be tricky with four newborns at the house and two toddlers and a teenager" I said and he nodded

"I'm sure," he said and I nodded

"Okay." I agreed and he looked at me

"Yeah?"

"He'll officially be part of the family since he was already a member of it without having to say it," I said and he grinned leaning over and giving me another kiss making me smile

"I love you" he murmured against my lips before pulling apart with a smile, "now let's think of some names"

"Ready to go introduce the triplets to the family?" Dimi asked as we had finished dressing them after having finished a few paperwork for the doctor to have in file for them. I looked over at him and nodded giving him a smile.

"The family are all waiting in the yard" Lucas said as he walked in with Bella and Princeton in their two person stroller both fast asleep.

"And the pack?"

"That's what I mean by family, Papa. Everyone is waiting in the yard some are in wolf form in the trees" Luca replied with an eye roll making me chuckle at his sassiness and Dimi rolled his eyes. Ever since Luca was officially adopted by Dimi and I, he had started calling the pack family and it was sweet to see everyone but a few treat him kindly. And by few I mean Caleb and his little friends who have made his life hell ever since Luca -pregnant at that time- and Princeton came to live with us.

"Alright then, shall we go?" I said placing Molly Alaska, who we had decided to name after my mother, and Marc Apollo who was named after my father, in their carriers and Dimi placed Alexa Dakota- who was named after his sister who passed away during a rogue attack 10 years ago- in her carrier.

"Let's go before they come searching for us" He said before picking Aiden up with one arm before picking Alexa's carrier with the other. I picked Marc and Molly's carriers before following my mate and sons out of the infirmary and down the hall towards the exit.

The last thing I expected to see upon walking up the hill towards the pack house was to see two people that I thought were dead for the past 12 years standing beside Elizabeth, Xavier and Morgan.

"Mom? Dad?"
