He stood there, unable to move for a good number of minutes. He wanted to say something but what could he say. His wolf was just shocked. 'Maybe she didn't notice' he entertained the thought. So with that, he moved closer to her.

She didn't move. She didn't put on a show like other she-wolves who would jump into their mate's arms immediately. Even when he was right behind her, she didn't move or show any sign of acknowledgement of him she just kept on talking to her peers. It was only when one of them noticed him that she decided the rest of them should give them some privacy.

She sighed, stood and crossed her arms looking at me,"You're lost, get lost!" she said looking more agitated by the second.

Javier looked at her perplexed, his wolf was already whining in his head longing to touch her. Without thinking, he followed his instincts, his hands reached out for her.

She immediately moved out of the way," what are you doing?" She spat getting more aggressive. He looked at her, he should have said something at that moment but didn't. His thoughts were all the way across the world and so was part of his self control. He didn't seem to be listening to whatever she was saying.

Before she could fathom the situation, he was right in front of her, grabbing her by the waist so that their bodies touch. He pushed back her hair so he had more access to her neck. He closed in on it and breathed in.

Her scent filled up his nostrils brushing away anything other. He took another deep breath not having enough of it. He couldn't imagine some other wolf having the chance to have this glorious moment. Even the thought of it made him slowly growl protectively. His eyes lit up, an extremely light bright grey.

She on the other hand, after figuring out what was going on, pushed him away. Her face portrayed even more annoyance," stay away from me," she managed to raise her voice.

The second he heard those words, his wolf went silent leaving him to take charge,"What do you think you're doing?" He was still somewhere between reality and star struck.

" I think I made myself pretty clear," she shot back.

" If you didn't notice, you're my mate," he tried as hard as he could not to die from stating the obvious.

She threw her head back in a sarcastic laugh," Little wolfie, it's okay to dream but don't get stuck there," a stoned expression replaced the latter,"you'll make me sick."

"What are you trying to say?" He wanted to say her name so he looked for her tag which she had conviently not put on.

"Leave!" She spat," and goodness help me, don't come back!"

He corked an eye brow at her. She managed to use him. He tried to figure out whether she was just trying to make a show of the situation. He was waiting for the second she would burst saying she was joking but her expression said otherwise. She didn't seem to be backing down.

Dramatic! It had to be a dramatic one. That was one thing he didn't want. Someone who just couldn't stick to rules, wanting to make a show of everything.

Javier wasn't one to be dragged into drama and this wasn't going to be one of those times. He wasn't going to be forced into begging like some sort of helpless dog. He decided that he would talk to her when she wasn't in this of mind, probably overwhelmed. He'd let her relax and discuss important matters after.

He didn't bother to move though, he just looked at her, astonished. Silence reigned between them. She watched him for some time, trying to gather his reaction. But after some time, she just rolled her eyes, picked up a black purse laying on the couch and stormed off.

When she had disappeared into the crowd, his mind cleared. A hothead! Great! Heavens had to bless him with one like as though he didn't already have one hell of a sister to deal with. He hoped it was a one time thing though he didn't give it much thought.

He passed his hand through his hair. He didn't bother to think about going after her, he didn't do that. With or without her, at the moment, he was sure he'd live. A small smile made its way y his features. He threw his head back and exhaled,' I guess it's happening.'

By the time he got back to his room, he was feeling rather light and bubbly. His wolf was some what restless yet slightly scared. It was a feeling he decided to ignore. She was probably just being dramatic.
