18. Stopping It

I got out my car and ran into the woods. All I can think about is Jasmine. I'm so pissed off. I transformed into wolf form. I started to bump into trees on purpose just to break them. I dug my claws deep into the ground, pulling out dirt every time.

10 minutes after I ran around the woods, I went back home. I got in my car and drove to Trey's house. the whole pack was here. I got out the car and walked inside the house.

"Derwin has to die," I started, soon as I saw the pack without greeting them.

"Why?" Trey questioned.

"He's basically trying to date my sister, Jasmine. Today at school, I saw Derwin and Jasmine talking. I confronted him and he basically told me that he's trying to get with my sister. I can't let that happen, Trey. Humans and vampires don't go together and you know that."

"We need to stop this. Derwin can kill Jasmine. He might think he can love her, but in reality all he want is her blood," Trey agreed with me.

I nodded my head. So Trey is on my side. Bet. We're going to stop this.

"Wait a minute," Frederic said. "What do this have to do with us? It's not our fault DJ sister don't know how to choose her man."

"Shut up, Frederic." I spat.

Frederic put his hands up like he was surrendering. "Whoa, calm down. Don't get mad at me because your stupid sister is trying to date a vampire."

I walked over to Frederic and punched him in the nose. Then I grabbed him by the shirt and threw him on the ground. I hovered over him and started to throw a bunch of punches towards his face.

I grabbed him by the shirt. His eyes were low and I could tell that he was going unconscious. "Don't you ever talk about my sister like that. I will kill you." I pushed him on the ground.

I stood up straight and calm down a little bit. I looked around the room to see the pack watching me. Everyone looked normal. Their face expression looked like they didn't care.

"Are y'all done?" Trey asked. I nodded my head. "Good. Now back on subject, we need to come up with a plan to take out the Davis's."

My eyebrows smashed down. "The whole family? No. What do they have to do with this? This only contains Derwin."

"What do they have to do with this?" Trey mocked me. I rolled my eyes. "They have everything to do with this, DJ. And they have to deal with it."

"No, Derwin have to deal with it," I corrected him. "The Davis's aren't the ones dating my sister, Derwin is. Now, if his family decides to jump in, then we'll deal with them, but for now, it's just Derwin."

"Why are you protecting them, DJ? Like damn, which one is it?" Mike asked.

I got in Mike's face. "You better calm yourself down before you be looking like Frederic down there... Now I ain't protecting nobody. I'm just telling the truth."

Mike and I starred at each other for a while. I'm waiting for him to do something. I'll beat him up like I did Frederic. Mike turned his head away from me. I smirked. That's what I thought.

"You're right, DJ," Trey said. I turned around to face Trey. "But since it's just Derwin, only you can deal with this. Let us know if the other family members jump in." I nodded my head. "DJ, let's go outside. I need to talk to you."

We walked outside, leaving the pack inside the house.

"What's up?" I said.

"I need an answer from you. It's been a couple days. You've had time to think about it. You're making smart decisions. You're ready to take this alpha spot. So what do you say?"
