I woke up and saw Jahking on his phone. He turned around and kissed me on the cheek. "Morning Alessia." He said in his tired voice.
"Good morning." I said. I looked around. "Where's the baby?" I asked.
"She's asleep with my mom." Jahking said.
"Oh okay." I said.
"Get ready. My mom wants to go to go shopping."
"Why?" I asked.
"Something with the baby." He said.
I got up and took a shower. After I came out in my towel. I saw Jahking on the bed. I stood there and stared at him. He looked so fine.
He looked up at me. "What?"
"I missed you so much." I said.
"I missed you too Alessia."
I walked over to him. "You know what I really missed?" I asked.
"What?" He asked.
I looked down at his shorts. "You know."
He laughed. "You're funny."
"Come on." I said sitting on his lap. "I just need some di-"
"Later Alessia. I'm not tryna hear my moms mouth."
I frowned. "Okay."
I got my pjs on and went to Arlene's room. She was burping the baby.
"Morning Alessia."
"Morning." I said smiling.
"Why are you in your pjs?" Arlene asked.
I laughed. "They're comfy." I said.
Arlene laughed. "When are you gonna name my beautiful grand baby? She needs a name." Arlene asked.
"I don't know. A name will come to me I guess." I said.
"I'm so tired of saying "the baby this and the baby that" I want to say her name."
I laughed. "Okay I'm on it." I said.
I grabbed the baby. I kissed her in the cheek and smiled.
"She's so gorgeous."
"Arlene?" I asked.
"Yes?"
"Did my mom ever look for me?" I asked.
Arlene looked up at me. I could tell she didn't know what to say.
"Like ever search for me?"
"No." Arlene said.
"I'm not even surprised." I said tearing up.
"Alessia don't cry. Please don't. We looked everywhere for you. Know that." Arlene said.
"It's okay." I said wiping my face. "I just miss the old her." I said.
"Me too. I tried to get to her. She's brain washed."
"I know." I said grabbing the baby.
"I wanna go shopping." Arlene smiled.
"For the baby?" I asked.
"The babies christening! Plus she needs more clothes!"
"The babies christening?" I asked.
"Yes, oh...did you not want that. I got it with my babies so I...figured-"
"It's fine." I said.
"Oh great. I'm sorry I didn't ask."
"It's okay."
"I just couldn't wait to do it. It's gonna be at my old church. We can become members again."
"Oh-"
"And also have you been baptized?"
"No-"
"You are this week!"
"I-"
"You don't believe in god?"
"I do but-"
"Cmon Alessia we will find you a pretty dress and everything."
"Okay." I said.
I went back to the room and saw Jahking on his computer. "I don't know what we're gonna do. I haven't made any money. I can't even get loyalties. People think I'm dead."
I sat. "It sucks but atleast we have each other." I said smiling.
"Yeah but like..what do we do?"
"I can get a job." I said.
"Hell nah. You ain't getting a job out here. They don't even pay good."
"It'll do something." I said.
"Where you gonna work? The mall across the street?" Jahking chuckled.
"I don't know maybe." I shrugged.
Jahking laughed. "I'll figure it out."
"Well the baby's getting baptized. Or christened I don't know."
"Oh yeah that's a tradition for us." Jahking said.
"I am too." I said.
"Really?"
"Yeah your mom planned it all." I said.
"Wow..I didn't even know you weren't."
"Yeah.."
Arlene walked in the room. "Lessi...Jahking!"
"What ma?" Jahking asked.
"Why aren't you getting ready?? You're supposed to be dressed. I wanna get the dress just like Farahs. Come on!"
"Okay okay." Jahking said.
Welp I guess we're getting baptized.
We went to the mall and I saw all of Jahking's family. Well damn everybody and their moms is here. Literally...
"What's everyone doing here?"
What do you guys think the babies name should be?
