The Trident

Repairs

The raid on the office had been completed a month ago. The office was beginning to return to how it once was, but now had more automated defences built into the first couple floors, and around the outside of the building. Leader had spent all his time working with the other families to deal with this great threat. No one had ever been insane enough to try and attack Leader's office, and now all the criminals in America were fearing the one group that did. To fix this, Leader decided it was time to do something he hadn't in over a year; Call for a meeting between the Black Council.

On July 3rd, 2045, Leader had his first meeting with the Black Council since February 2044, when they met to deal with issues with a growing gang in New Mexico that was well connected to a very powerful Mexican Cartel. That resulted in dozens of deaths, and a new partnership between the powerful Sinaloa Cartel; the same cartel that was run by the legendary and now deceased El Chapo, and a new faction in the Black Council.

On the second highest floor of the Trident Tower, was a large room with a small bar, coffee machine, a large cabinet full of files, contracts, and more, as well as a large black wooden table with 10 seats. This is where the Black Council had their meetings, where they discussed important matters that were a concern to all members of the Trident. This was one of those times, as the CCC had now spread it's power and men all across America and were being funded by the growing government that was being supported by the civilians.

In the front three chairs at the head of the rectangular table, was the large leather seats of the Three Spears. On the right sat Raphael, who had previously been dealing with a capo of his family that was making deals and getting money with gangs and crews that weren't allied with the Trident, and also never told Raphael about the deals. That capo, can no longer take breaths, as is usual when you are stuck at the bottom of a river with a cinderblock tied to your throat. On the left was Luca, who lately had been training in jiu jitsu with the brother of one of his agents who was a black belt. In the middle was obviously Leader.

On the left side of the table sat first Paul, the Boss of the Campadra family who run New Jersey. Behind him was Gianluca, his consigliere. Beside him was Adriano Moriano, boss of the Tochese family, who was put in power after his old boss was killed in a car explosion set up by his underboss Salvatore Natanio. He ran Illinois, and was vital to dealing with the Monarch gang, another dangerous gang causing issues for the Trident branch in the area. He was there with his underboss David Pontalle. Beside him was the representative of the Cartel, Carlos Consuale. He was there with two goons, tatted from head to toe, but without weapons, as was mandatory of Black Council meetings. On the other side of the table was the Musetti boss Joseph Merana closest to Luca, who was there with his underboss Rickie Patriole. Then was the boss of the Campone Family, Aaron Casteno. The Campone was the original family that became the Tridente when the old boss was killed by Raphael and his brother, Paolo, so they could become the new bosses of the family, changing it from the Campone to the Tridente. Aaron's Campone Family was set up by Leader 6 years ago so he could have Five Families, and also so that the other members of the Council felt as though they were a worthy opposition to the Three Spears in decision making. Though they didn't buy it at first, after Aaron got into a conflict with Luca and the two almost had a war, the other families began to believe in the Campone Families authenticity, even if they are just a puppet family for the Three Spears. Aaron was there with his consigliere, Charles Netirosco. Beside him was the representative of the 15 powerful gangs that control many of the other states in the country as branch offices. This man was Nickie Horentio, and he was the boss of the California Riders, a large and powerful biker gang that works with another group to control California.

With all these top ranking Trident members in the same place they were seriously in danger in case the CCC happened to get word of the meeting, which Leader was prepared for, having guards, turrets and cameras everywhere all over town. No one was entering or leaving the town without Leader's new men on Floor 13 knowing. With the protection and the full attendance, Leader began the meeting.
