Hello, my fellow Sun Puppers! Welcome to this month's newsletter. I hope that you've had a fun and productive August — and summer in general. It's shocking how fast the summer flew! I can't believe it's September already, and that summer is almost over. Just 21 more days left.

I would like to apologize for my lack of absence, and that I haven't written any new prompts or poetry or even a story or two for you guys this summer. I've been very busy and trying to enjoy the nice weather before it's gone. That, and I just haven't felt any motivation to get anything done. I really need to do better on that.

There won't be much to talk about in this newsletter. But I do have a few announcements.

The first announcement is that I'll probably be absent from social media in general for much of September and October due to wanting to take a break from the computer, and to focus on my writing and my walk with the Father. Without realizing it, I've turned myself and the internet into an idol and put the Father into the back burner, rather than the throne of my heart. I am to fix that this Fall. I've always found Autumn to be the perfect time to rededicate yourself to the Father and to do some internal "autumn cleaning," if you will. At least for me. If Autumn isn't great for you, then pick a different period, like Winter or Spring or Summer.

Because of this, I'll probably write some Bible Prompts ahead of time so that I can post them when I come back. Or to post them once a weekend or something.

The second announcement is that I will be posting a Bible Prompt here pretty soon on my "Just My Type" book. As well as a regular writing prompt.

The final announcement is that I'm hoping to use this time to write my little pet project this autumn. I don't know when I'll finish it, but I'll at least work on it. And if I have any time to spare, I might get working on some actual fiction.

Anyway, that's all I have for this month's newsletter. I hope that you're having a great weekend and that you'll have a fun and productive September.

Anything fun happen this past August?

Stay Sunny!
