"You look different, little one?" I chuckle and nod.

"That is to be expected, big brother, you've been away for nearly nine months or more." He pokes his tongue out at me before shaking his head, sitting down with me.

"No, you've got this glow, both an after intercourse glow as well as a glow that makes you seem so different, I just cannot place my finger on what that change is." He groans out, I chuckle before gesturing him to step closer, he cocked his brow.

You see, you can feel a half-breed's heartbeat as soon as you figure out you're pregnant, it is not like a human baby, but since supernatural beings have heightened senses, we can feel things before most humans do. Heartbeats included.

Anyway, I place Abel's hand on my stomach and wait for him to notice the small heartbeat. His eyes widen when he does but this time I can feel something else as well. He looks at me with a shocked face.

"You are..?" I nod with a smile and he runs around the garden before stopping in front of me, a surprised look on his face.

"You aren't joking are you?" I shake my head as he jumps around.

I walk back inside with Abel talking my ear off about how happy he is, then I realise something. The others don't know yet. I pull his sleeve, stopping him from going inside.

"What's wrong, Nirvana?" I sigh, pulling him down so I'm close to his ear.

"You cannot say anything to the others, nor Sebastian, Ciel knows but he hasn't talked to anyone about it." I pull back and see that Abel has a confused look on his face.

"Why don't they know? Much less him?" I pull him back out to the garden and look at him.

"I'm simply a conquest to him... When he helped me when I was in heat. He seemed to become addicted, apparently, so he said he'll use me until he doesn't need me anymore..." Abel's brows furrowed, a look of annoyance appeared on his visage.

"Yet the mate mark?" I shake my head.

"Doesn't mean he has to love me, it just connects me to him..." I mutter sadly. Abel sighs before hugging me close, a tear slips from my eye.

"You genuinely love him though, don't you?" I nod slightly, I watch Sebastian look at us as he stands by the door.

"Lunch is on the table!" He shouts, Abel looks back and gestures that we were aware before turning and looking back at me.

"How far along?"

"My first trimester, maybe my second week or month? I'm not too sure." Abel nods before walking with me back towards the house, he talked about other things and not the baby.
I smiled at him in gratitude, the next few decades will be interesting, we sat down at the table and ate with everyone. Mey-Rin and Finnian were laughing about something Baldroy had done before I came along.

"Then Finny picked up a statue and we were running around the house to and fro trying to get the rats." I laughed happily until Sebastian called me aside to see Ciel. I let out a soft sigh before walking towards Ciel's studies and knocking on the door gently.

"Come in." I opened the door gently, Ciel gave me a soft smile before place his fountain pen away.

"Have you told Abel?" I nod, my gut telling me to not say too much, I look back at the door as I hear footsteps coming this way. A loud girlish shout could be heard.

"C I E L~!" A small blonde came in and slammed her hands on his desk.

"Ciel I received a letter from you and it wasn't written by Sebastian, the handwriting was much neater than Sebastian's too! I want to meet them." I let out a chuckle as the blonde turns to me, a blush on her cheeks.
