Sebastian looks at the small being that's sleeping besides him. His thoughts running wild as she shifts for better comfort in her sleep, a small sigh of contentment coming from her lips.
The small figure holding so much power over him, how that happened he had no idea. One arm loosely draped over her waist, the other supporting his head on his palm."You're dense for being older than her." Sebastian looks to see Delilah and Mary standing at the foot of her bed.
"I'm afraid I have no clue and take offense to that statement." He watched in chagrin as Delilah rolls her eyes.
"You don't even realise something crucial yet do you?" Mary asked delicately, almost cautious-like. Sebastian cocked his brow, feeling Nirvana move.
Sebastian looks down and sees Nirvana's eyelids twitch, he inwardly smirks, knowing she's awake."What am I supposed to know?" Delilah rolls her eyes, glaring at the demon before looking at her mother.
"I may not like Nirvana but she definitely deserves better." Delilah growls. Sebastian cocks his brow.
"Delilah, this it not the place to speak ill of your sister-"
"She's a slut, who gives a damn." Delilah growls. Sebastian moves and looks at Delilah with an urge to kill her, one that was his own and one that wasn't.
"So your love for your sister was fake..?" Sebastian asked. Delilah shrugged.
"It was real until-"
"At any rate, you should talk to her. She's been... Hurting." Mary interrupted Delilah's confession, with an irritated looked.
"I know-" Sebastian looked down at Nirvana and saw her eyes unmoving, he ran a finger down her cheek bone and over her eyes. No movement. She was fast asleep, once again.
"No." Mary said strongly. Sebastian ran a hand through his hair.
"You really don't." Mary growled before disappearing.
"Just remember, Mister Michaelis," Sebastian looked up and saw Delilah smirking devilishly.
"My doors always open to you." Delilah put a finger to her lips before disappearing. Sebastian sneered at the space where Delilah was in disgust.
'That's not the type of thoughts an angel, no matter how pure or impure they are, should have...' Sebastian glowered as he looked at the small figure in his arms.
He settled down in the bed and looked at Nirvana's features and admired them, although he was unsure for how long he was staring at her for."You're staring, it's creepy." Nirvana's sleepy voice, although raspy still sounded silky.
"Mm, just admiring the art in front of me~." Sebastian sang, Nirvana rolled her eyes before rolling over, crossing her arms under her pillow, resting her head and bringing a leg up closer to her.
Sebastian watched her breath, the hollow ravine where her spine hid underneath skin, the ravine seemed to be deeper due to the lack of light.
Sebastian traced her spine, watching goose-bumps rise along her skin. Nirvana felt a shiver run up and down her spine as she felt the pad of a finger graze the centre of her back."I'm going to sleep while I can..." Nirvana said tiredly as she snuggled into her pillow once more. Sebastian chuckled as he sat up and picked up a book from the side of the bedside.
"What's this?" Nirvana looked at Sebastian and clenched her jaw in an emotion he hadn't seen her wear before. It was her diary per say.
"Nothing important." Was her clipped answer. Sebastian let out a hum as she turned over, falling asleep quickly.
Sebastian opened the book and saw the pages filled with scribbles of charmingly messy writing. He read a passage from the book, his blood running cold, because of the recent dating on the top, right corner of the page. They killed her...and I was stuck in a cage...I couldn't help my sister no matter how much she desires to hate me...I wish I could've saved her...mother isn't listening to me...father is somewhere pleasuring a spoilt little child...there was so much blood....so much red...child after child...
Innocent after innocent...men and women killing children for no apparent reason other than to satisfy some greedy human god that exists solely in their minds...how much of theses nightmares can I take..?
A man I know and admire isn't helping....how cruel life is...although humans have it much worse than I do...I guess I shouldn't take my bad days for granted when humans will ultimately fall to their greed...
Hope is never fair. Lady Luck is as cruel as life. Death is the only indifference.
Sebastian looked at the book, then to the small figure besides him. He puts the book down, placing it where he found it, laying down and pulling Nirvana to his chest.
Nirvana nestles closer into Sebastian's neck, intertwining their legs together and putting an arm around his waist. Sebastian let out a chuckle, placing a gentle kiss on her head."You're lucky you're cute." He sighed out tiredly before closing his eyes as he rested those last few hours with her.

Nirvana let out a small sigh of relief as she saw that the sun was only just raising from it's bed on the horizon. She looked down and saw Sebastian closing his eyes, she let out a sigh.
She got up from the bed, eye burning holes into her back and rear end, she swayed her hips as she walked into the bathroom, and ran herself a bath before coming out and grabbing her clothes."Are you tempting me, dear?" Nirvana rolled her eyes playfully.
"Trust me, demon. You'd know if I was trying to tempt you." She sassed before walking into the bathroom, dipping into the steaming tub of water. Immersing herself in the scolding liquid.
Sebastian let out a chuckle before walking into the bathroom and seeing her body submerged in the water, billowing steam coming from the water that filled it.
He watched as she emerged and saw her raise from the water gracefully, water falling from her face and down her shoulders and back into the larger water body."You seem more drawn to water than land or air, my dear." Sebastian's brow tweaks as she scoffs, leaning back against the porcelain tub, arms propped on the sides.
"Water helps me think for some odd reason..." She mutters as she looks out her window watching the clouds pass by, a single tear falling from her eye, although it looks like a droplet of water.
"Despite being a creature of air..?" Sebastian motioned to the tattoo of her wings on her back. Nirvana chuckled with a nod.
"Yes, well those of the sky have never done much for me." She mused back dryly before she began washing herself. Sebastian watched her, the scars on her skin were no longer all that visible but if you knew where to look. Soon he was just staring into space.
"Why are you still here, Sebastian?" Nirvana cocked her brow at the man and saw that he wasn't all that responsive to her, so she cleaned herself up before getting out of the, now, warm water.
She stood in front of him, he was that out of it that she lead him to the bath and pushed him in. Sebastian felt his airways become clogged with water, he rushed for air and spat out the water.
As he heard a tinkling laughter from the culprit, who soon calmed down, snickering behind a dainty hand. Nirvana let out a cough as she straightened her bare self before walking past the bath."Get cleaned up, you smell like me." Nirvana mused before going into her room and getting dressed.
