Weeks have passed since my heat and I was still avoiding Sebastian as much as I possibly could, unless Ciel ordered me to do something with the arse, like having to go into London to get the little earl's things, groceries, supplies for building something.

"Missy?" I look to Bard and smiled as I played with Pluto's fur, like I have had a tendency to do when I have nothing to do. In the short weeks I have also come to call the three stooges their nicknames when I'm in a good mood.

"How can I help you, Bard?" He smiles at me.

"The master has a job for Mey-Rin, Finny and I but he wants to see you, wants to talk to you." I nod as I stand from the stone steps and walk into the house behind Bard.

We walked towards the young earl's study, the silence wasn't all that bad but I could tell that Bard was hiding something, I stopped walking as we got to the top of the grand staircase, staring at Bard.

"I guess I'm caught..?" I slightly lopsided smile at him with an arch brow.

"It's just you and Sebastian used to work so well together..." I kiss my teeth and nod as he continues.

"Now you try to avoid him at all costs...like you hate him." I tilted my head as I looked away.

"Mm...that's a little hard to explain but I have my reasons-"

"I'd be delighted to hear them." My spine froze, my gut dropped to the floor as I heard that voice. I let out a sigh before looking at Sebastian.

"I still dislike you because of your assumption." Sebastian's eyes rolled around in his sockets and I scoffed.

"I don't have to apologise for that." I chuckled and nodded, flicking my tongue over my lips. In the corner of my eye I see Sebastian eye up my tongue.

"Yes, of course not. That means I don't have to like you and have every right to avoid you." I growl before walking to the lord's study, I knocked on the door and heard the young lord usher me in.
I walk in and close the door behind me, despite knowing that Sebastian is outside the door listening.

"So like the others have noticed and brought to my attention, you have been avoiding Sebastian." I sigh with a hint of agitation.

"I see where you are coming from though." I grit my teeth as the skin over my heart burns.

"Sebastian mentioned a burn on your chest a few weeks ago, I was wondering if I could inspect that burn?" My heart stopped. I gritted my teeth before unbuckling the top of my corset and lowering my shirt just enough for the young lord to see a raven in flight over the left side of my chest.

"You poor soul..." Ciel looks at me with a chuckle and I look away.

"Practically a collared dog that's been chained and abandoned..." I growl, Ciel smirks before handing me a metal letter opener.

"I want to see something, place a small but deep cut on your palm." I nod and do as told without wincing despite the pain.

I hear the clattering of dishes and the scuttle of the cart outside the Lord's door, Sebastian walks in with one hand pushing the cart, the other clutched to his chest. Ciel plays coy and looks at Sebastian with a cocked brow as I hide my hand.

"What was all that noise a second ago?" Sebastian gave the young lord a fake smile.

"I seem to have injured myself while preparing your tea, my lord." Ciel looked to me, as I began cinching my corset, and began smirking at me. I glared slightly at Ciel.

"That's all, Nirvana. Sing me to sleep tonight, I'll have further orders." I kneel before the young lord with my head down.

"As you demand it, it shall be." I get up as he smirks at me, I roll my eyes and head out, walking to the garden.
