Chapter 7: My Own Will

A/N: Sorry for not updating so fast, I have school and I also do other stuff (school too), btw it's cards out tomorrow, pray for me.

Denki's Pov

I walked sadly with Kyoka, Katsuki, and Eijiro after we trained.

Well the one thing I was happy about is I don't turn into an idiot anymore when I use my quirk, of course Kyoka was happy with that.

But I have to build my own will to tell her what I feel, I really need help from Mashirao here.

We went to the living room and saw Aizawa gather our class.

"Today, you'll be doing different activities with your partners, I wish you all good luck."

"Yes sir!" Tenya said immediately.

"Please stay responsible." Aizawa said as he got onto his sleeping bag.

We met up with our pairs and planned, Tenya announced to us to never to anything ridiculous.

We all nodded and planned again.

"So what's the plan?" Kyoka asked.

I just kept staring at her, my mind floated with thoughts.

Then, Kyoka snapped her fingers near my face to get me out of the situation.

"Everything alright Denki? You just froze and stared at me." She said.

"Uhh yes, well I don't really know what to do." I said as I rubbed the back of my neck.

"How bout we climb the mountain, not entirely climbing tho." She said.

"That should work." I said whole smiling, I could feel that I was blushing hard.

Kyoka's Pov

Denki had turned red after he replied to my suggestion.

I gave him a poker face to hide my laughter, I was forcing it now to come out.

Well I was confused, do I like Denki or not? I don't really know.

"We should do that then!" I said. Denki nodded as we went out of the rented house.

We saw Eijiro, Katsuki, Tenya, and Izuku outside.

We waved our hands at them, they smiled and waved back, except for Katsuki of course.

Me and Denki went near the mountain and found it's way up.

"Cool!" I said as we started to climb up.

There were parts where you could just walk and some parts where you need to climb, but it was worth it.

We were near the mountain, climbing when my foot and hand slipped, I thought I was gonna fall but Denki caught me.

"That was close." He said.

"Yeah." I said while laughing, he lifted me up, I helped him climb up too.

Once we arrived, we could see the beauty of the location. The view was perfect.

For one second I could see Denki looking at me at the corner of my eye but I didn't bother to look back.

"This is beautiful." I thought as the wind blew.

We both sat down and enjoyed looking at the location.

Denki well, held my hand which made me confuse about my feelings.

Once he realized what he had done, he quickly removed it.

"I'm really sorry, I hope you don't hate me now." He said with a nervous smile.

I laughed once he said that. "It's alright Pikachu."

"Only Katsuki calls me that, hehe." He said.

"Fine." I replied.

We stayed there for a long time, we soon heard a piece of wood crack.

We looked behind but no one was there, maybe we didn't really hear anything but maybe it's Toru.

I tapped Denki's shoulder and whispered to him.

"I have a feeling Toru is here." I whispered.

"Huh? How can you say that?" Denki answered, also whispering.

"Isn't it odd that just a piece of wood would break suddenly with just us sitting here?" I said.

"Oh, you're right." He replied.

"We have to go then." I said.

"Indeed." He replied loud and we stood up, climbing and walking down the mountain.

We then saw a man selling cotton candy, Denki wanted some so we got two. One for him and one for me.

Denki bought it and I was pretty happy.

We returned to the house and saw Mashirao, Rikido, Fumikage, and Koji.

We waved our hands at them, so thankful Mina wasn't here.

Denki went to Mashirao and asked something, I didn't bother to listen.

Denki's Pov

I asked Mashirao about an idea on how to tell my feelings for Kyoka.

Yet, I was still struggling about it even if Mashirao was motivating me.

"You can do this, Denki." Mashirao said to me.

"Wait, what if I can't build up my own will to tell her?" I replied.

"I'm sure you can, look at me and Toru now." Mashirao said.

"Speaking of Toru, was she really watching us there?"
