((Okaaayyy. This chapter is a wild ride. The next chapter will be the last,,, though, I'm contemplating doing a sequel of sorts. Any input on that? Enjoy!))

"....What's taking so long?" Hawks asked, picking up on the fact that it had been a few minutes since Endeavor walked in. All he had to fo was take Touya and return, right? How hard could that be?

The black haired hero beside him, Eraserhead, didn't even cast him a look of acknowledgement. "Be ready." He warned, wanting the other to be prepared for the worse. This WAS the villains domain, of course.

Five more minutes. Smoke started to erupt from the building. The two didn't enter, loyal to their original orders.

The red headed boy stumbled out from the entrance soon after, bleary eyed and hiccuping. "They- they...th-they got my...they got...they ki—..." his voice broke off.

Hawks gasped and immediately flew over, grabbing the boy and holding him close to his chest. Endeavor...died? As upset as that would make Hawks, who idolized him, he needed to focus on how upset Touya was, who presumably lost his dad. "Look, it's— shhh.." he was really bad at comforting, but made an effort by gently patting his back.

Eraserhead moved to catch up with the two, but stopped when he saw something shiny being slipped out of Touya's pocket, were Hawks wouldn't see it.

He winced, "Hawks, look out-"

It was too late.

Touya raised the knife and slashed it across The blond's chest before he could react.

Hawks dropped to the ground like a fly hit with a swatter. Touya hovered over him, beginning to giggle maniacally. "Such pretttyyy bloooood..."

-

"Touya. The hell do you think you're fucking doing?" Endeavor spat out. The blonde girl escaped from the room, and that was worrying, but he had to focus on the matter at hand.

His eldest was staring at the ground, the masked villain, known as twice, approaching him from the side. He gently grabbed the boy's shoulder and pulled him back to a safer distance from endeavor.

Tomura Shigaraki took Touya's original place. His hand was positioned on his neck, where he scratched viciously at his pale, already scarred and scabbed, skin. The villain was angry, but so was Endeavor.

"Compress, Spinner, .... go help Toga." Shigaraki demanded quietly, but with a confident tone. And when Endeavor turned to look at the two leaving, he took a very abrupt step forward, to get the hero's attention back on him. It was successful, and the pair of villains were able to escape without any interference.

Endeavor opened his mouth to speak, but Shigaraki gratefully interrupted.

"Honestly? I always thought Dabi was full of it when he reminisced about bad you are. I'm starting to think it's true- wouldn't that be interesting?" He chuckled dryly, circling around the hero with his hands dropped to his sides, ready to attack if necessary.

Endeavor didn't turn to follow him with his eyes, looking at the wall in front of him instead. He listened carefully to each and every movement the villain took, however, ready to whip around if anything sounded out of the ordinary.

The villain kept talking.

"Child abuse really isn't my cup of tea," Shigaraki had most definitely learned that phrase from magne, who, may rest in peace. "If you want a kid dead, just kill them. Don't make them suffer, that's for adults who can actually take it, dipshit."

"I didn't abuse my kids—"

"Bullshit. Your wife too, right? I bet she's better than you. You don't deserve to lay a hand on her." He was just winging it, trying to get a reaction out of the flame hero. Shigaraki didn't really know the situation.
