The raven haired man scowled, his whole body covered in powerful blue flames. His flames radiated heat, yes- but not as much as his pissed off facial expression did. With his normal scarred body and cold looking azure eyes, he was someone most avoided. Most did not include this petty villain.

Before him, a burly man let out a low laugh, running a hand through his black hair. Dabi wasn't even sure that qualified as hair, the man was thinning due to old age.

"Leave before I set you on fire." He grumbled.

The man smirked, "Oh? You already did so to yourself. Both of us on fire? We could be twins!" He exclaimed, gradually advancing towards Dabi with a fearless look in his eyes.

This guy had some nerve. The flames he produced distinguished, but the young man's disapproving look was present and worse than before. His fury filled eyes darkened, glistening with something of a sadistic nature.

"We aren't letting you into the league." Dabi stared at the man, shaking his head.

There was another laugh from the stranger, as he pulled something shiny out of his pocket. Dabi squinted, unable to tell exactly what it was with his awful vision. He took a step forward, a weak attempt to get a better look.

Then the shiny thing sliced through the air. He only got a few glimpses of it before the item promptly sliced into his side, making the villain yelp in pain. He winced, putting a hand over the new gash on his hip. The feeling of liquid and chunks of flesh on his hands made his whole body shutter.

"Wh- why is it—" He doubled over, falling down onto his knees. This wasn't just a stab wound. He could feel the sharp pain traveling throughout the rest of his body, making it feel like he was being stabbed with hundreds of little needles. He panted uncontrollably, struggling to keep his eyes open.

This was escalating too fast. He could normally take a stab wound like that- what was happening? His eyes already felt heavy. His body started to tremble rapidly, and he felt extremely cold.

"S—stop—hhhhh..." he whimpered, overcome by all the difference feelings at once.

The man from before knelt down to Dabi's level, gently stroking his head. Dabi wanted to rip that disgusting smirk off of his face, but he was having trouble doing something as simple as breathing.

"What.... did you do—?" His voice sounded raspier than usual, reflecting how miserable he felt in this moment.

The man's brown eyes began to glow a light yellow color. He pulled up his sleeve, revealing an arm covered in multicolored beaded bracelet. With a joyful look on his face, he removed the black bracelet from his wrist, grasping it tightly in his hands.

"Wouldn't you like to know?" He laughed, then gingerly slipping the bracelet on dabi's left wrist, tightening it as much as he possibly could without cutting off his circulation afterwards.

That was this asshole's grand mistake. Touching Dabi when he felt any kind of emotion was a bad idea, because his quirk went a little uncontrollable. But now, Dabi was filled was many awful emotions. His eyes flared dangerously, enough to make the man flinch.

With the last of his strength, Dabi grabbed the guy by the neck, pulling him down next to him. Without even letting him react, Dabi lit the bitch on fire. He watched contently as the guy's whole body got swallowed in the electric blue flames, a loud ear piercing wail signifying the pain Dabi had brought upon the guy.

He gave a small smile once the screaming stopped, his now free hand falling back onto his chest. The flames didn't stop, though. They spread throughout the whole building, until the villain couldn't see anything but blue.

Now along with the pain he already felt, the top layer of his burns literally burned off, exposing a new purple layer of flesh that had yet to be crusted over. He groaned weakly, before his vision started to darken. The villain drifted out of consciousness, as the flames proceeded.

Dabi woke up to bright— who the hell was Dabi? Someone with a similar face as that one scarred villain woke up to a very bright white light. And unfortunately, it wasn't heaven. There was a nurse standing there, flashing a flashlight in his eyes.

His pupils dilated. Those blue eyes of his closing soon after, stinging from the quick change in light exposure.

"Oh! You're up!" The woman chirped, putting the flashlight down a table beside her. She carefully placed her hand on the boy's head, checking his temperature. He must've had a fever, as she quickly recoiled once her hand was met with the hot touch.

"Where...am I?" With his eyes still closed, the possible stranger spoke

The nurse smiled warmly, picking up a clipboard from her desk. She scribbled down a few things with a red pen.

"The hospital, of course! We found you in a building— you almost got burnt to death. But you did have that gash in your side, which we stitched up. What happened?"

The boy looked confused, his eyebrows raising to his hairline. He opened his mouth to tell the lady she was crazy, before pausing. He did not want to get in trouble, especially with the law. So, he devised a lie. She said he had been found at a building- which someone would have entered while investigating a strange noise. The injury could signify that he had been attacked, and went unconscious. There was fire, so perhaps the culprit tried to rid of the evidence.

"I was walking home from the store," he began, "When I heard screaming in that building. It sounded like someone was hurt, so I investigated. Wasn't the greatest idea, because someone attacked me." He gestured toward his side. "I fainted. Maybe he tried burning my body, so there'd be no evidence. Did you find anyone else there with me?" The boy had been quite a good liar, as the nurse seemed to believe it.

After writing that all down on her clipboard, she shook her head. "Nobody alive. Ashes of a man were found, and a weapon with your blood on it. " She looked up at the red haired boy.. "What's your name?"

It took him a few seconds to answer, his face looking blank. It's almost as if he forgot. His brain had felt foggy already, but why would someone forget their name? Regardless, he remembered eventually.

"Todoroki, Touya."
