You and your brother start the day off relatively normal, but the two of you are pulled into a room by All Might. He begins talking about how important the sports festival will be, and how you need to prove to the pros watching that you're worthy of being a sidekick or even another pro.

"This festival is an insanely large opportunity to sell yourself to the world!" he exclaims. You both nod and Izuku starts muttering.

All Might falls back on the couch and says, "God, you're the best at spitting out word-vomit, kid." You bite the back of your hand to prevent yourself from bursting with laughter.

"Um, hey, are you OK?" Izuku asks. You both help All Might up from the ground before he continues with what he was saying.

"There will be plenty of others there that have the same goal in mind. Get noticed by the pros. I hope you haven't forgotten the emotions you felt back at the beach during our training. It's imperative that you aim for the top and only the top. Being mediocre won't settle in a world filled to the brim with pro heroes."

You nod with a determined look. "Then, I'll have to train just as hard as when we were at the beach!"

All Might gives you a warm smile. "That's the spirit!"

The next two weeks seem to fly by. Soon, it's a few days before the sports festival and there's a massive crowd of students outside of the classroom, some holding phones and others whispering to each other.

"Why are you all here?" Uraraka asks, standing next to you with a shocked expression on her face.

Mineta questions, "Why are you blocking our doorway?"

Bakugou speaks up, "They're here to scope out the competition, idiots. Not like they'll get very far when I'm around!"

He walks straight up to them and deadpans, "Get out of my way, extras."

"So, this is Class 1-A," says a guy in the back with purple hair, he moves up to the front relatively quickly. "I heard you were impressive, but you just sound like an ass. Is everyone in this class delusional or just you?"

"It's just hi-" You start to speak before Izuku claps his hand over your mouth. You glare at Izuku, but stay quiet.

The boy looks you straight in the eye before saying, "How sad to come here and find a bunch of egomaniacs." You're seething internally, but remain silent, already thinking of the consequences. The boy takes another step forward, rubbing the back of his neck.

"You know, this test can also be for people like me, in general ed, to be transferred to the hero course and vice-versa." He seems to almost stare into your souls as he says this, but you're not even sure if Bakugou has a soul.

"Scoping the competition, huh? Maybe some of my peers are, but I'm here to let you know that I will steal your spot from under you if you're not careful. Consider this a declaration of war."

"Damn it, Bakugou, you got everyone against us." You don't say this out loud, of course, you'd be dead within two seconds. The guy and Bakugou stare off for at least a solid minute before someone in the crowd speaks up.

"Hey, you! I'm Tetsutetsu, from Class 1-B, right next to you! We heard you fought some villains, and I came to see if that was true! But you're just a bunch of brats who think you're better than us!" This guy seems to yell everything, and his hands were clenched at his sides as he spoke.

He seems like Kirishima but with a personality more like Bakugou. You wait for the crowd to disperse before going to lunch. He even has razor-sharp teeth like Kirishima. Maybe their quirks are similar.
