When you get off the train, the first person you see is Izuku. You run up behind him and hug him tightly, leaning your head against his back.

"Allie!" he cries, turning around to embrace you properly. Todoroki sort of lingers behind you, awkwardly but pointedly staring at the ground. You hug Todoroki quickly before returning to your brother to leave.

"What happened to Iida?" you ask, "Why did he have to go back to the hospital?"

"The wound in his shoulder needed to be taken care of more thoroughly, so they asked him to come back. He also suffered extensive damage to his left hand, and the doctors said it would have to be operated on. I just kept him company. Say, things with you and Todoroki turned out nice, didn't they?"

You blush slightly, nodding. "Uh, yeah."

"So, what happened on the train ride? I saw you coming off the train with him."

"Well, um, we rode there and back together, and we ended up talking a lot less than I had thought on the way back. Only because I fell asleep, though. I guess it was sort of uneventful." You see your brother grinning at you, and you slap him on the back of the head to be quiet.

He smirks slightly and dodges a kick to the shins. "How did shadowing Gran Torino go?"

"He was fine, same as any other retired hero, I guess."

"Did you learn anything new? Like, how to control All Might's quirk?"

He shrugs. "Nothing much. He did tell me something new. That I should only use five percent of my 'power' to improve my speed and agility. That was cool. So, how was training with Hawks?"

"Basically the same as with All Might. He was a pretty cool dude, you'd probably like him." The rest of the walk home is made with idle chatter. When you arrive home, you swing the door open and hear quiet mutters from the living room.

Clearly, your mother was worried out of her mind.

"Hey, mom! We're back! You OK?" Your mom jumps up and embraces the two of you tightly, not wanting to let go.

She only does when Izuku squeaks out, "Mom... I can't breathe."

"What's wrong? Did something happen?"

"I was worried! No one called, not even your teachers. When I heard about the hero killer fight, I knew you two were involved. I just knew!" She took Izuku's hand in her own and examined the back quickly.

"Clearly, you were. These are new..." You hadn't even noticed the scars he earned in the fight. Your mother quickly examines you too, checking for any visible injuries. Other than a few nicks on one of your ears, your perfectly fine. She pulls Izuku close and kisses his forehead before doing the same to you.

She has you explain to her every aspect of the battle, reliving every moment of the fight. When you're done, she cries, "I'm so glad you're OK! You've had so many close calls this year, both of you."

"It seems a little weird we get attacked so much, don't you think?"

"Of course! No mother expects their kids to be attacked even once during the year. It's like someone's targeting you, your school even."

"I mean, we are going to a school made to create heroes, and we're in the top class at that school."

"Yes, but this never happened to previous years. Ever! They were all left alone, they didn't get attacked constantly!"
