6 Years Later...

"You'll never catch me Daph, I'm way faster than you." Juliet boasted as she sprinted around the backyard in her bare feet in the evening July air.

"That's not true! Just because I'm littler than you doesn't mean I'm slower." The five year old blonde girl with blue and green eyes retorted. She chased after her older sister who was not too far ahead of her as they reached the play set in the backyard.

"I'm older than you Daphne, so therefore I'll always be faster." Juliet teased as she sat on the swing set.

"No, I'm faster. Let's race from here to the porch." Daphne challenged. Trying her best to convince her sister to get off the the swing.

"Okay fine. We have to smack the door when we finish." Juliet leaped off the swing and joined her little sister at the foot of the slide.

"Ok, count down from five together."

"Five." Juliet started.

"Four, three, two—" They said in unison.

"Vroom!!" The girls heard a voice shout from behind them.

Daphne and Juliet immediately forgot about their race and turned around to face their three year old brother Cylus as he toddled towards them pretending to be riding a motorcycle.

"Uh oh, it's Cylus!" Juliet shrieked, making Daphne giggle.

"Vroom! Vroom! I'm running into you!" Cylus thought he was a scary biker, but to his older sisters he looked absolutely adorable in his tiny denim pants and navy motorcycle t-shirt. His curly jet black hair and blue/green eyes topped off how adorable he was.

Both the girls looked at each other and pretended to be afraid, knowing how much Cylus and they themselves loved this game. The girls shrieked with delight as their three year old brother ran as fast as he could while trying to chase them on his imaginary motorcycle.

Juliet pretended to trip and fell onto the grass. Daphne saw the opportunity to take her older sister down and dog piled on top of her. Juliet and Daphne laughed and giggled, especially when Cylus dropped on top of Daphne.

"What are you three crazy children doing?" All of them stopped immediately at the sound of their humored father's voice.

"Dad!" Juliet shouted from under her siblings.

"Daddy!" Daphne and Cylus shouted and scrambled to get off Juliet.

The two kids ran towards their father who scooped them both up in his arms. "How was your day?" He asked, Jughead never got tired of seeing his kids when he came home from work.

"Fun, mommy took us to the lake today!" Daphne answered proudly.

"Swim in lake." Cylus repeated.

Jughead poked his belly and Cylus erupted into a fit of giggles that made everyone else laugh.

"What is going on out here?" Betty opened the screen door to join her family on the deck.

"They're just being silly." Jughead answered with a smile, looking from his three giggling kids to his wife of six years standing beside him.

"When are they not?" Betty put her hands on her hips and Juliet appeared at her side.

"What's for dinner mom?" She asked, looking up at Betty.

"Spaghetti is inside."

"Noodles for dinner?! Yay!" Daphne cheered. "To the kitchen daddy!"

"Kitchen!" Cylus barked.
