Chapter 31 ~ Party

He chuckled as response."Fudo had a bag and packed your valuables..I thought he is a thief.." My boyfriend confessed me.
I nodded. "That's what I guessed..."
"At least Daichi seams to like me."I smiled at him. "Yeah, that was predictable." I told him. "Will you visit me tomorrow?""As you like.." He pressed his lips gently on mine.

*A few Day's later*
*Neji's PoV*

I knocked on the door to (Y/N)'s apartment.
After a few seconds the door opened, in the door-frame stood her twin brother Fudo.
Before he was able to close the door again, I put my foot in the door frame and pressed my hand against the door, holding it open. "I just want to see (Y/N)."

"What if she doesn't want to see you?"He asked.
I gave him a 'seriously' gaze.
Fudo rolled with his eyes and made with his mouth a derogatory sound while he opened the door
I stepped in, closed the door and left my shoes at the entrance.

A small smile appeared on my lips as I saw (Y/N), laying on the couch, nested in three blankets.
Her big black eyes watched me.
"Hey." I greeted her. "I thought you would be busy with getting ready."
"I got over an hour till I should start." She said muffled through the blanket.
"Thought I should help you or something like that." I scratched the back of my head.
"She already got me..." Fudo sighed and went into the kitchen, leaving us alone.
"Soo....I should come over?" I asked unsure.
It wouldn't be the first time that Hanabi told me that (Y/N) wanted to see me although (Y/N) wasn't even in town..

(Y/N) nodded. "Yeah, I wanted to give you something." She wrapped herself out of the blankets and disappeared for a minute in her room. "Sometimes, when you are out of a mission, you can't call me because there is no telephone, or because there are too many people around.." She started to explain while coming back to the living room.
I nodded.
"W-well.."She started to stutter and stretched out her hand with a box.
I took it with a frown. "What is that?" I asked her.
"A cellphone." She replied.
"Never heard of that.." I mumbled and unpacked it.
"It is still in the testing phase. Sakura put us on a list.. So sometimes it might not work." She smiled up to me.
"My number is already in your contacts."

I kissed her gently. "Thank you for giving it me... I can't remember that Sakura ever did something nice for me."
"Well, I guess she was tired of me..I can be really annoying when I miss you.." She said quietly while blushing. "Also, soon is your birthday." She remembered me.
"I guess that's my present." I chuckled.
She nodded.
"I have to go now. Sure that you don't need help?" I asked with a pleading tone.
"I am." She smiled at me and went to the door. "Quickly, before Hiashi starts to miss you."
I followed her and stepped into my shoes.
"Alright." I sighed. "I will see you later." I gave her one last kiss until I left.

One minute later, I already was in the Hyuga estate.
"Neji, there you are." Hiashi yelled through the garden. "Please follow me. I need you."
I walked up to my uncle.
"The first guests, loyal friends, appeared a few minutes ago. They will stay a week or two." He said.
"Sounds good."
"Yes, well, seams like Hanabi will be married off." He told me slowly.
My eyebrows raised. "Wait-What? Why? And why Hanabi, she is way too young!" I asked him confused.
"Neji..."Hiashi sighed my name. "Look, we lost many friends...We are lucky that we still got some.." He mumbled the last part more to himself then to me. "Some friends of our loyal friends are searching for an alliance. Hanabi will meet them here."
"'Some friends..'? How many?" I asked him.
"Well there are two different options...Both decent little men and they are around her age, Hinata would be too old for them. Hanabi may choose one." Hiashi assure me. "And when they are in age, they will marry."
