A/N Get ready for some definite character development!
Jungkook and Taehyung were currently sitting in a barn. Jungkook was on a mower, Taehyung on the floor. Why are they in a barn, you might ask? Well, they were wondering the same thing.
Taehyung began tapping a beat on the floor, which Jungkook was able to tolerate, then ignore, for a few minutes before it got overly annoying.
"Oh, would you stop it!", Jungkook snapped in an annoyed tone.
"Well sorry for trying to bring a little music and joy to our situation", Taehyung scoffed.
"Well, we should be looking for a way out", Jungkook snapped. Taehyung looked at him like he was stupid.
"There are doors", he said like it was the most obvious thing in the world.
"That are blocked from all sides", Jungkook slowly said," How did we get into this mess?"
-Five Hours Earlier-
"We have an escaped murder suspect", Seokjin said, coming up to Jungkook and Taehyung's desks, Taehyung walking beside him. Jungkook sighed.
"How the hell did that happen?", he asked, annoyance lacing his tone.
"Seokjin was watching the Amazing World of Gumball on his phone", Taehyung tattled.
"Really?", Jungkook deadpanned, making Seokjin turn red in embarrassment and shrug," But, how did he even get out?"
Jungkook was answered by two shrugs from Taehyung and Seokjin. He sighed, resting his head in his hands.
"On the bright side, we have his tracking band on his ankle", Taehyung smiled nervously, hoping Jungkook wouldn't snap at him. The older got on his computer and went to the tracking database, finding their suspect.
"How is he already out of Seoul?", Jungkook asked.
"He escaped an hour ago...", Taehyung mumbled. Jungkook looked over at the two with wide eyes.
"And no one told me?", he asked, anger now in his voice, scaring the other two.
Seokjin and Taehyung were about to say something, when Jungkook put up a hand to silence them. He pointed at Taehyung, then Taehyung's jacket, which was at his desk, then the door. Taehyung nodded and quickly grabbed his jacket. He pointed towards the door as well before the two walked out in silence, leaving a very confused Seokjin.

Jungkook and Taehyung had gotten in Jungkook's car and drove to where the tracker was stopped. They pulled up outside an abandoned property. Jungkook put the car in park and looked around, before putting it back in drive again, continuing to move back the old lane.
"Why would he want to be at some dingy old farmhouse?", Taehyung asked in a tone of digust.
"I've arrested someone here before, the house is torn down, it's just the barn", Jungkook said as he pulled to a halt.
"Is the barn nice?", Taehyung asked.
"Yeah, everything in it looks brand new. Whether it still does or not is another story. That was three years ago", Jungkook said.
"Not to drag this back up, but-", Taehyung was cut off by Jungkook getting his gun out.
"Get your gun ready, you don't know if he's armed", he said as he got out.
"Right", Taehyung sighed softly as he got out, his gun ready in his hands.
The two moved stealthily into the barn, only to see the suspect run out once they were in the middle. To make matters worse, he shut the two doors. Jungkook and Taehyung put their guns away, and ran to the doors, trying to get them open. They were jammed shut by something, and there was no way they were going to be able to get them open.
