Tony's point of view
˝I don't hate Tony˝. Steve interupted.
˝Is that so?˝ I said, standing up and walking over the room. ˝Then why did you fucking did all those stuff? Lied about my parents, caused the traffic incidents, broke into prison and so on? Because you like us? Are you fucking kidding me?˝
Steve looked up to me. He didn't look well. There were bags under his eyes and he looked tired. I froze for a moment. For a second I felt bad for him. He must be feeling awful after what had happened.
But only for a second. He is a bad guy here, Tony, not you, I told myself and stared back at him.
He spoke. ˝I don't hate you, neither anbody else, except probably the government. I didn't agree with them and I just wanted to do what was right. I couldn't just let them kill Bucky, because he is my friend and it wasn't his fault. I know I made a lot of teribble mistakes. I am aware of that, Tony. I am really sorry for your parents and for not telling you. There is nothing that can erase the bad things I did. But I'm here to help you complete this mission and after that I will leave you alone. I know you have all reasons not to trust me anymore and also to hate me, but please, give me one more chance to help people˝.
I thought for a moment about my next words. ˝You are right, I don't trust you and neither do I trust that friend of yours. But thanks to Fury you are having your last chance right now and I hope you don't mess it up˝.
He nodded.
After that Fury explained further details of our mission. We have to track down some people who were selling weapons made from the parts of that alien trash from New York and shut their projects down. This is going to be a piece of cake. The meeting was short, but I was still tired at the end, so I was grateful when I was able to go back to the Stark tower. Even though I couldn't sleep a lot, just being in my lab helps me fell better.
