"Mom,dad ready ho gaye hai, Tum bhi ho jao phir nikalte hai" Manik said to me.
We still had the cold vibe going on. I hate this.
"Yaa" I said getting up from our bed.

We left for my house. Nilay was going to be there and I hope that there won't be any drama or fuss.

We reached Nandini's house and saw ma and papa already waiting for us.
Abhimanyu had gone abroad for a meeting for a month. And there that jerk was, Mr.Nilay whatever...
"Aao beta" Ma said and I hugged her and then papa.
"Fab5 nahi aaye abhi tak beta" Papa said.
"Aate hi honge papa" I replied.
I couldn't see Nandini around me suddenly when I saw her clicking pictures with Nilay.
Ohkayy not just Nilay, There were her cousins too but Nilay was standing just too close.
Ufff, Manik,itna mat soch. Dost hai. Huhhhh...
I was looking at them when Nandini looked at me. Her smile disappeared looking at me. She turned her face away.
Woah, Itna attitude, Woh bhi apni galti pe...
I saw Fab 5 coming and went towards them. We sat chatting there because there was still sometime to start the pooja.
"Hii guys" Nandini said coming towards where we were sitting.
"Hii fab5" Said Nilay who by the way was holding Nandini's hand.
"You look so pretty babe" Aliya said to Nandini and I couldn't agree anymore.
I smiled looking at Nandini.
"When does she not look pretty" Nilay said. I agree to that but not to the man who said it.
He's getting on my nerves seriously now.
"Beta Nandini aur Manik, Pooja karni hai tum dono ko naya jhoda ho na tum isliye" Ma said and I was happy.
Finally Nandini will be left alone with me for sometime.
"Par aunty bachpan mein toh main aur nandu karte the yeh pooja, Aaj kyun nahi" He said and I fisted my hand while Cabir kept his hand on mine to stop me.
"Abhi bhi kar sakte ho, Par yeh dono naya jhoda hai toh maine socha unse karwate hai,baki koi bhi do log kar sakte hai yeh pooja" Ma said.
"I don't think Manik ko koi problem hogi mere aur Nandini ke pooja karne se?!" he said looking at me.
Problems toh bohot hai meri bete. Kya batau tujhe.
"Yaa it's okay" I said not wanting to create any fuss over there.
I knew Nandini was looking at me but I ignored it.
"Sure?!" Nandini asked looking at me.
"Doesn't matter" I said without looking at her. ___________________________
We were done with Pooja finally. The guests had left and we all sat to have dinner.
I didn't feel like eating anything so I didn't take plate.
I saw Nandini coming to sit beside me.
She came and sat and I made myself busy in phone again while listening to others talk.
"Eat something" Nandini whispered to me.
"I don't feel like" I said without looking at her.
"Manik look at me" She said coaxing me to look at her.
"Nandini" I said looking at her.
I could see a smile on her face.
"It's not funny Nandini" I said and couldn't help but but smile a little.
"Chal na Nandini,aunty ne ice cream laane ko bola hai,tu chal mere saath" That bloody jerk said it.
Can I kill him already.
"Manik and I will go, Tu beth" Nandini said and looked at me for assurance and I was more than ready for it.

"Kya ho jata hai aapko" Nandini said as we were in the car.
"Kuch nahi, Kya hua mujhe?!" I replied.
"Nilay is just a friend Manik" She said emphasising on JUST.
"I never said anything about him today Nandini,there are somethings I don't like and when I feel that speaking will worsen the situation,I don't speak" I said.
I could hear her sigh. She knew there was no end to this discussion. I saw her resting her head on the window closing her eyes.
I knew she was tired. I kept my hand on hers which was on her lap.
"Love can't exist without fear,If the thought of losing someone you love doesn't scare the shit out of you, It's not love" I said.
Her lips curved into a perfect smile. Her hold on my hand tightened.
"Are you saying that you're afraid to lose me Mr.Malhotra?!" She asked mischievously.
"Nandini murthy is back and how!" I exclaimed and she laughed.
We sat in silence for sometimes for words aren't needed always.
She was humming some tune.
"Sing out loud" I said,we were returning after taking ice creams.
"Duniya ke dastoor se, Dur hai tu, Mere naino ka saara noor hai tu" She sang
"Meri saas ke har mod peh,sapno ke chodpedekhsirftere hai nishaan" I sang along.
"Hai bairaagi, Teri laagi, Laagi re" We sang together.
We kept singing till we reached home with ice creams and the car ride was nothing but pure bliss.
The night went down making me realize how much I love this girl for nth time.
