"We're home" Nilay shouted laughing which actually seemed like some inside joke because Nandini laughed too.
I saw Nandini and finally my heart was in it's designated place.
She went and hugged our parents.
Nilay greeted them too.
"Welcome home Mrs.Malhotra" I said being evidently angry.
"Manik not now" She said and went away.
Ohkayy,
What is this attitude for.
She went away without telling me anything,
She went with Nilay,
Spent the entire day with him,
Switched her phone off.
But who's the one to be blamed,

"Mrs.Nandini Manik Malhotra" Manik said pulling me towards him from my elbow as soon as we entered our room finishing our dinner.
"Manik" I said and tears brimmed in my eyes immediately as his hold was very tight.
"Don't you think you have some responsibilities Nandini,
You're a 26 year old married lady now and not the child that you were since the time that jerk is your so called friend" He said.
"Mind your tongue manik he's my Friend" I said defending Nilay.
He can't always abuse him like this.
"Of course,
Nilay is more important than me Nandini" He said leaving me finally.
I immediately sat on the bed rubbing my forearm where he held me from.
"No" I replied crying.
"Then why was it ke tumhare birthday pe tumne mere se zyada time uske saath spend kiya,
Why is it ke uss din tum mujhe bina bataye subah subah chali gyi,
Uske agle din pooja mein tum aur Nilay bethe,
Aur aaj ka toh pucho hi mat" He said

Manik let out everything from his system.
It was too much for him to handle it seemed.
"I didn't know aapko itna bura laga hai Manik" Nandini said crying.
"Of course Nandini,aaj kal it actually almost feels like tum mujhe jaanti hi nai ho" Manik said.
"Mujhe nahi pata tha aapko itna bura lagega inn chizo ka Manik,
Maine pooja ke time bhi aapse pucha tha if you're okay with it or not tab you said it was fine" She said.
"I didn't say it was fine Nandini,try remembering I said it doesn't matter" Manik said.
"Nothing matters more than your validation Manik" Nandini said with tears still flowing.
"Yeah right" Manik said and chuckled.
"Uss din subah chali gyi thi uske liye I say sorry aur rhi aaj ki baat toh Manik maine pehle hi bola tha na,ki aap chalo aap nai aaye" Nandini said.
"Mein nahi aaya" Manik said and started searching for Nandini's phone from her bag.
He threw the phone beside Nandini.
"Phone agar switch off nahi karti na toh Mera message aata tumhe ki chalo chalte hai shopping pe,I messaged you as soon as I reached office Nandini", He said and Nandini immediately checked her phone.
"Shitt,my battery died" She exclaimed.
"Yaa,and you don't think ke it was important ki tum agar 5-6 ghante bahar raho toh usme se at least thode thode time mein apna phone check karo" Manik shouted.
