Greetings Pubbers,
Welcome to another week here in the Pub Universe!
September 8, 2019 marks the beginning of our 4th annual Biggest Competition Ever. An eight week competition with a new prompt each week and a chance to win your way into our Poet of the Year contest in a couple months from now.
This year has been a bit of a struggle for the Pub and we are hoping that this contest will spark some excitement back into the Pub again.
We hope that as many Pubbers as possible will be a part of this contest and just for fun, why not invite all your friends to join us here at the Pub and be a part of this contest as well.
Myna has some surprises in store for the competitors and this year for the first time, we will give the overall winner the honour of being mentioned on the cover of the BCE collections, when the competition is over.
This competition has been big in the past but lets make this years BCE the biggest ever.

Hey Pubbers!!
Just wanted to jump in here too and encourage everyone to join in on this competition. The Biggest Competition Ever has a very special place in my heart because it was the first contest, I entered here at the Pub. I remember being overwhelmed with the sincere kindness from everyone making comments on my poems. I knew immediately that I had found a warm and loving home for myself and my poems. I couldn't have imagined back then, that one day, I would be the one creating the contest, it is an honor to bring it to you all now.
We are a family here at the Pub, so join in, not only with your own poems but in the comments too! You never know how much a small word of encouragement can mean to someone. If you know of any other poets, invite them to join us, the more the merrier!!
Lastly, just have fun!! The world is a crazy place, but here, behind the doors of the Poets Pub, we can all find shelter and common ground...No judgment, No egos!! Happy Writing!!
