Italics means a memory from the past

Third POV

The three are scrubbing talking about what they're going to do.

"He has fluid in the brain that needs to be drained," Pha says to them.

"Then I will repair the liver lac" Kit says.

"Doctor Gang" Beam blurts out.

"She was worried and panicking, I thought it will be funny so I mentioned it to her and she gave me a smile."

"I think to her it sounded cool because it made it sound like we're different, and in her eyes, she is seeing us as the heroes that are going to save her brother" Beam interferes but sounds joyless when he says it "so we better not disappoint."

"I haven't heard the name in a long time" Kit and Pha both head out and start doing their operations and Beam is left behind.

"Why do you always call us that?"

"Call you what?"

"You always refer to us as the doctor gang, because of you everyone refers us to that name, why do you call us that?" Beam questions Forth.

"Well at the time you three were are always together, you all are studying medicine to become doctors, you guys are at the top of your classes, and it was just easier than saying all your names" Forth explains to Beam.

"Wow you started good but you had to end bad" Beam begins to pout and Forth chuckles. "You said 'at the time' meaning before, why do you say it now?"

"Well besides the fact that I'm used to it, I know that you three will become amazing doctors in the future, you all probably will work in the same hospital, and might work on the same patients sometimes. Then when people hear the words Doctor Gang they're going to feel safe because they know they have the best either its one of or all three of you and then for kids it would stand as a group of heroes coming for their rescue." Forth smiles at Beam when he says that. Then Beam gives Forth a kiss.

"How is your mouth good with words?"

"Well, my mouth isn't only good with words" Forth smirks at Beam and winks. "Where are you going?!" Forth yells at Beam.

"Back to your place"

"Why?"

"Because I need to study" Forth looks confused "to see how good your mouth is" Beam smile and kept walking away. Forth looks amused and starts chasing Beam.

"Beam!" Kit yells and Beam rushes into the O.R.

"What happened?"

"We started removing the packing, then his vitals started spiking, his blood is not clotting" I look at Pha finished inputting the drain and started helping Kit "laps, Beam get in here and help" Beam puts his gown and gloves on and begins helping Kit. "Clamp"

"Clamp what, I don't see anything"

"Right there" he points for Pha.

"I don't see anything their's too much blood" Pha keeps looking.

"There I got the IVC" Beam had clamped it "but he's still bleeding there is still to much damage."

"More laps" Kit yells "we need to keep packing, faster!"

"I'm trying Kit but it won't matter if he keeps losing blood." Pha keeps packing while Beam and Kit are thinking. They are each thinking of many ways but something is wrong with each thing they can think of. He's too young, not stable enough, already lost a lot of blood, etc the number of reasons that are keeping them from finding the right one.

"Kit! Beam!" Pha yells at them. The three looks at each other.

"You're a quick thinker, your good on your feet, and you're really good under pressure." Kit hears Mings words then he has it.

"We have to open him up" they look at him "scissors and betadine."

"Why?" they both ask him.

"Were going to do a venovenous bypass"

"We can't do that he's a child" Beam stops.

"There has to be another way" Pha interjects.

"No!" Kit yells at them "we have to do this we have to save him" Kit looks at both of them. "You know why the girl blames herself" Pha and Beam look at each remembering what the little girl said "because he saved her" they look back at Kit "if it wasn't for Godt pushing his sister out of the way she may have more injuries then just a hit to the head, she could look exactly like him or even worse." Kits start cutting the chest "I'm not going to let that little girl live with guilt for the rest of her life and I'm not going to let this hero die all because he just saving his sister, so are you going to help me or not" Kit finish opening the chest and looks at Beam.

"learn from the best so one day you will become the best" Beam then decides.

"So you want to do an end around the liver" Beam asks Kit and he nods back at him. "Okay, set up a bio pump we're going to need venous cannulas" Beam and Kit switched places.

"Yes Doctor"

"You got the portal and I'll get the SVC.

"Okay" Kit looks at Pha "were going to need help," Pha isn't sure.

"You promise her the Doctor Gang, lets not dissapoint"

"Yup I do not want to meet the uncles if we don't save this kid" Kit says and Beam agrees.

Pha is hesitant he doesn't know what to do but as he looks at the boy seeing that they're are losing him. He needs to make a quick decision but he can't and all he can see is the little girl's eyes worried about her brother and he feels proud how this little boy saved his sister. "You will be an amazing doctor and will save as many people as you can"

"Fine, I'll hold the cannulas while you attach" Kit hands him the canulas "Godt your sister is waiting for you and you will not make us liars. And I'm pretty sure your parents will be really proud of what you did because I know I would and I am."

Kit and Beam start and they are in sync they know what each other needs before they ask for it. Everyone is being memorized about whats happening in the O.R.
