A/N: So funny story. I wrote about 600 words to this but hated it. It was in my drafts for months and then I found this prompt on Pinterest. I really liked it so I thought I'd rewrite the whole thing and use this prompt instead. I didn't edit this so if there are any mistakes I'm sorry.

Cress got sick about six months after the revolution. She went with Thorne to help distribute the Letumosis antidote and her immune system was not ready for the different climates on earth.

Thorne was taking very good care of her though. He was surprisingly good at making soup so they ate a lot of it. Especially chicken noodle soup.

He didn't care that she was sick either. He would still cuddle her and give her kisses, even though she protested. Not often but sometimes. She didn't want him to get sick.

One night after they ate their soup and crawled into bed, they were holding onto each other trying to get sleep. Thorne was staring at the beautiful lady in front of him, taking in all the little details of her face. Her freckles that stood out on her face like stars on the night sky. Her soft pink lips, slightly parted so she breath (because of her sickness). Her long black lashes would flit over her bright eyes that reminded him of a cloudless sky in early summer.

She was breathtaking.

Suddenly she took a deep breath in and sneezed, scaring Thorne off of the bed and waking Cress up.

"Captain?" Cress said groggily.

"Right here darling," Thorne answered as he shit his hand up to indicate where he was. "I wasn't expecting you to sneeze and I guess it... shocked me out of my thoughts." He said, slightly embarrassed that he was scared of a little sneeze.

"Sorry captain. I told you I should just sleep in my old room. Then you'll at least be able to get some sleep." She said as she got up to gather pillow and leave.

Thorne jumped up and across the bed, and quickly pulled her into a gentle hug. "Please don't leave?" He whispered. "I sleep better with you snoring and sneezing through the night than you being in a different room. At least when you're here, I know you're safe."

Cress hugged him back, rubbing his back. "I sleep better with you too."

After a few more comfortable seconds they crawled back into bed and fell asleep soundly.

A/N: Sorry I haven't updated in forever! I'm having some really bad writers block. I know it's not the best excuse but I'm also swamped with school and just trying to find motivation. I have another idea that I'll do my best to get out soon but I won't make any promises. If anyone has any ideas I would absolutely love them! I'll give credit of course but I'd love to know what you guys want to read. I hope you enjoyed this short little fluff I made!
