Hello there! Welcome to our project!
First of all, let us introduce ourselves. I am DazzieSh and my co-founder is landoC13 . We founded this project a little under a year a go, and it was... semi-successful. After a long break to organise ourselves and this account, we're back with a completely new name and look! We founded this because we care about our planet, and we want to meet like-minded people, and help educate others and spread awareness of what we are doing to the environment and the climate.
We need to protect our planet. It's the only home we have. But currently, we aren't giving it the respect we should. First of all, there's climate change. This is causing ice to melt, sea levels to rise, extreme weather to become more common and more extreme, wildfires, habitat destruction, and so much more. We need to stop this, before it's too late.
Climate change isn't the only thing though. Pollution is destroying nature. Deforestation (also a cause of climate change) is killing animals and habitats. Poaching animals is driving them to extinction. Basically, consumerism is destroying the planet.
That's why we're here. To show you exactly what we're doing, and how you can help.
In the next chapter there is some more information about climate change.
We have a few ground rules:
1. Be kind. This account was made to spread love, not hate. 2. Respect the things written here. If you don't agree, that ok. But we always try to share facts, not opinions. 3. Interact with the community (if you want!). We love hearing people's thoughts on the environment and getting their advice. Never be afraid to start a discussion!
