Chris' house wasnt quite what id expected. It seems in the past three weeks since id been out of school, chris had made some new friends. The whole place was crawling with new faces and groups. Had I seriously missed out on all of this?
It was fair to say me and Lily felt a little out of place. We eagerly made our way to the drinks table. I poured Lily a vodka and coke, and got my self a beer. By the time I'd opened my bottle, Lily was well on her way to finishing her drink.
Lily had clearly set out on a mission tonight of getting drunk. "Hey, easy! We don't want you throwing up now do we?" I soothed to her as I eased the cup away from her lips.
"Your measurements aren't as good as they used to be." Lily spoke.
I couldn't help but laugh at her naivety. "Maybe you're just more used to vodka now."
I remember one of the first parties me and Lily started drinking. I had a bottle of vodka hidden in my jacket and the two of s drank it neat for majority of the night. We were arseholed. Absolutely gonners. The whole walk home was just full of us laughing at nothingness. From then on I told her she needs to get used to vodka, and from then on she has been trying to prove it was just a dodgy bottle; that she can really handle it.

"Okay, now there is only a select few of us left, lets go in the lounge."
It was Chris' house, so I guess his rules go. It had gone into the early hours of the morning, and everyone apart the the usual group had left. Lily was walking round with Chris constantly as though her life depended on it.
The usual circle was formed, and Chris walked in along side Lily with glasses of some sort, I don't think I wanted to know what they contained. I don't think I wanted the temptation. a glass was passed to each person, and Lily sat next to me again when she passed me mine.
"Well, drink up!" Chris ordered. Everyone did so, and as it goes it was just cola.
Although, this strange sensation erupted well within me. A feeling of wanting to dance, however a thousand times more powerful than cocaine ever did. It made me laugh uncontrollably.
"Someone needs baby sitting?" Lily cooed in my ear. Her voice was clearer than before, every syllable was evident to my brain.
"What's going on?" I whispered over to her between laughs.
The two of us made our way over to the sofa- everyone else was either sat on the ground or started dispersing into separate rooms once again. Probably using the excuse of alcohol as a reason to experiment with people.
"Four out of fourteen had LSD in them Brad, your in a trip." Lily spoke. her smile tugged either side of her mouth.
Me and Lily have always said we wanted to do acid. Lily broke the promise that we would do it together accidentally when she got spiked one evening in town. Ever since, she's known it's been on my to do list. She made sure I got it tonight.
"It's not a bad trip is it?" Lily asked panicked.
I looked around me and colour was everywhere. My senses were going into over drive and I never wanted to leave this paranormal world. Everything was heightened and exaggerated. I could smell citrus, oranges and lemons all around me- my favourite scents.
"It's the best trip ever."

So hai. How was everyone halloweens? I'm currently sat in bed recovering from too much alcohol and not enough sleep yaaaay.
