Bill Cipher is a cruel, unkind, wruthless, and unjust king. Long ago he found a source of power, or magic, that made him immortal, but he, in return, lost most of his sanity.
No one stood up to him in fear of what he would do. That was until the Pines family and their group called 'Gravity Falls'.
