In [insert game name] Otome/Harem game, there is an option for either an otome game or a harem game. It changes dependly on if you want a female harem or male harem. Basically, a gender bender. There is no default setting.
*The heroine/hero's name has a default name, but you can choose to put your own name.
[insert main character] decides to play the game after finding it online. They liked it so much; they played played both the otome and harem parts. Even did the hidden character routes.
They died because they [insert way and reason of death].
They woke up [anyone's but the heroine/hero's body]. Because of its gender-benderness, the main characters, and hidden ones, come out as twins. Even the main character has a twin if they reincarnated as a main character from the game. . .
*Twins are considered a blessing from their goddess in their religion.
