What? Why didn't you tell me?!

Emiko POV

I was sitting in CR thinking about what happened. Why? Why me? Why did I have to do this.

"Emi? Are you okay?" Poppy asked me.

"No. I'm not," I began. "I'm..." I suddenly felt my head hurt. I grabbed my head in pain. Ahhh! I hate my life!

Poppy POV

"Emi..." I mumbled.

"Poppy," I heard Emu say.

"Hai?" I questioned.

"Should we tell Taiga?" Emu asked.

"No. At least not right know," Hirro said as he began walking away.

"Wait! Hirro, we should tell him," I said.

"Why? So he can do something stupid which causes him to get even more sick?!" Hirro yelled.

"Poppy, he's right. We can't tell him," Emu said.

"He's the only one who has done enough tests on Emi to know that something is wrong! He most likely knows everything!" I shouted.

"STOP!" we all heard Emi shout. "Hirro's right! You can't tell Taiga!" 

"But Emi," I began.

"But nothing! I'm going home," Emi said as Emu followed her.

"Hirro?" I asked. Hirro walked away going home I'd assume.

"Poppy!" I heard a voice call. I looked and saw it was Kuroto.

"What is it Kuroto?" I asked.

"I know what's wrong with Emi," Kuroto said.

"We all do," I said annoyed.

"True but I know what is really wrong with her," Kuroto said. That got my interest.

*Later*

Emi POV

I was walking to Gemn Corporation to talk to Masamune. I went to his office and knocked on the door.

"Come in," I heard him say. I walked in and he smile became a frown.

"I'm not here to fight. I just want some answers," I said closing the door.

"Is this about what happened last night?" he asked as he walked closer to me which caused me to back away from the door.

"How did you know?" I asked. I saw that he locked the door. Oh no.

"I have my ways but I'm willing to give answers," he said. He sat down in his seat and directed me to sit down. 

"I will answer all of your question until this sand timer is up. Okay?" he said. I nodded my head.

"Why did it happen to me and only me but not to someone like Emu?" I asked.

"Your special, Emiko, but so is your brother. Your brother may be one of the first people infected with the virus but you were the first person to die from it," Masamune said as he looked at the sand timer. It was all ready out?! 

"What?" I tried to ask.

"Time is up, I ask that you leave," Masamune said. I'm not going to really argue because I got myself into this. I didn't ask how long the timer was.
