Cece: It looks like we're here. We're going to have to finish our conversation some other time. In the meanwhile I'll give you a quick introduction. Welcome to planet Earth.
Lilli: Wait! We're already were we need to be? We've only been in the car for like five minutes.
Cece: Well, you really didn't land very far from our base. That's how we got to you so fast.
Jake: It looks like our plan to ditch the ship failed as soon as we landed.
Cece: Even if you did ditch the ship, we would've known where you were. We've been watching you since you entered our planet's radius. We were also confused as to why you were descending for 30 minutes but I think I can put two and two together.
Lilli: That's so embarrassing. Today seriously couldn't get any worse.
Cece: Well look on the bright side, you're not dead. Now before we go inside I will need you guys to put these on.
Cece opens the black box that was on her lap and pulled out three silver bracelets. She passes out a bracelet to each of them and waits patiently as they put them on.
Kay: What are these for?
Cece: They're mobile limiters with a built in tracking system and a call function. It's so we can keep you in check pretty much. They're also permanent and will not come off unless I put in the passcode, so don't try to take them off.
Jake: Wow, you guys are really strict. Is this how you treat all your visitors?
Cece: We don't get "visitors", and I can always see to it that you never make it back home.
Lilli laughs nervously and covers Jake's mouth.
Lilli: Uhh he didn't mean that. On a serious note though, thank you for not hurting us or anything.
Cece: No problem. Now lets start heading inside.
Cece opens the car door and leads the kids outside. From there, the kids follow her towards a massive Black building with clear windows and solar panels on top. They continue inside where they see men and women in business suits walking around with coffees and working on desktops. Kayleb's eyes open wide with enthusiasm, as for the other two, they weren't as impressed.
Kay: Woah! This is kind of cool.
Lilli: This doesn't really look like an military base. The closest thing I've seen to military here were those armored cars and helicopters that where outside.
Cece: Looks can be deceiving. This place is actually our headquarters, living quarters, and military base. This is where we do everything.
The kids continue to follow Cece down the hall from the main entrance to a door at the end of the hallway. From there Cece places her hand on a scanner on the right of the door and the words "access granted" were spoken giving them permission to enter the room. They walk inside and was lead to the middle of the room where they saw a tall, dark skinned man, with a bald head and a scar over his left eye wearing a military uniform.
Cece: Kids, this is General Gate. Genny, these are the kids that entered the planet in a escape ship.
General G: Do you know entering a planet without permission is a criminal offense punishable by death?
Lilli: We do sir, and for that we apologize.
Cece: You know we would've had a harder time tracking you down if you had used a cloak or something.
Lilli: About that, we only had three hours of cloak charge and I had forgotten to take it off before I fell asleep.
General G: Consider yourself lucky child. Your unawareness of your actions is the one thing that kept you alive.
