Tony ~ Job

(Just a little note I know nothing about science and universities and stuff so just please bear with me)

Your first day at your new job at Stark towers. It would probably go like every first day of work. Not knowing anyone, sitting alone at lunch. You know, the usual. Being and incredibly shy person, you didn't have any friends. And you were glad this was a job were there was a very low chance of meeting the avengers because you would make that awkward. It was just kinda a thing you did.

The elevator dinged indicating you were on the 5th floor, the science and research department. As soon as you stepped out, you were swallowed by the crowd. Elbows jamming into you and feet stepping on yours, you held your bag closer to you and pushed your way through the crowd.

You weren't exactly sure where you were going, only knowing that you had to find the secretary's desk because well, that was your job. but you saw a group of people that were talking  amongst themselves and worked up enough courage to ask them

"E-excuse me" you Said, but no one heard. You cleared your throat and stepped closer this time speaking louder

"Hello? I need help finding-" a guy stepped forward. He was tall, wearing a very expensive suit, with a weird beard thing on his face

Oh my god

It was Tony Stark

"M-mr. Stark" you stuttered out, and he gave you his million dollar smile. You looked away when you realized you were staring, and he chuckled

"You needed help with something?" He asked, but you quickly shook your head

"It's ok sir I can find someone else to help me sorry sir-" you turned around and walked away but he followed you, stopping you in the middle of the hallway.

"Hey- You don't have to be sorry. So what do you need help with." He gave you a kind smile and you looked up at his eyes. Really they were the most beautiful you'd ever seen, even more so in person.

"Well sir it's my first day and I'm not sure where I need to go" you admitted, and his smile widened. He looked over behind you for a moment, to where a powerful looking old lady was walking angrily over to you both

"I am so sorry to interrupt Mr. Stark," she was a chubby old lady with a face that you thought probably hadn't smiled in years, "but this young lady is late to work, on her first day-"

She grabbed your arm and you apologized, but Mr. Stark stopped her from taking you

"Mrs... Secretary? You can let go of..." he looked over at you

"(Y/n) (l/n)" you finished for him

"Yes Ms. (l/n). She's coming with me" the secretary lady looked at you with a look that said I'm not done with you yet and Let go of your arm. Tony turned around and walked away, and you stood there not knowing what to do

He turned around and looked at you confused, "Well? Im not going to wait for you" he continued walking and you rushed over next to him, getting into the elevator.

The elevator took the both of you up to the highest floor, and when the doors opened you saw a beautiful office with a large glass wall that gave view to the whole city

"Would you like something to drink?" He asked you, sitting behind his large desk

"Uh- Water please" You a said

"Jarvis, send Ms. Gary to get some Coffee for me, and some water for Ms. (l/n)" he Said.

He touched a button on his desk and a hologram appeared in the air. You stared in awe as he worked, moving around things in the air
