Chapter 7: Parents and Healing

~Luke's POV~

Its been a week and Casi is still in the hospital. She is recovery pretty fast but she still stresses out a little. Her parents are coming tomorrow and they seen the posts on our twitter so they call every day until they are here.

I was sitting and talking with her in her room when she starts crying holding her stomach.

"Get the doctor!" Casi says crying

I phone the doctor in quick and the inject Casi with medicine to calm her down a lot. It scares me when this happens because their is a chance we might lose our baby. Eventually she fell asleep and her parents ran into the room. They arrived early.

"Is she ok? We were so worried we decided to come back early." Her mom says

"She has had 2 panic attacks recently which stressed out the baby and she needed to be injected with medicine to calm down. Her second panic attack happened about 2 hours ago."

"My poor baby." Her mom cries.

Her dad approaches me and to be honest he intimidates me a bit.

"Luke, I am disappointed in you an my daughter and-" He says before getting interupped by Casi's mom

"Dear not now please. We don't have time for it right now."

He backs off and goes back to Casi.

"I will leave you guys alone with her for a bit." I say as I leave the room.

~Casi's POV~

I wake up to see my parents sitting next to me with tear stained faces.

"Mom, Dad!" I say hugging them while crying. "I'm so sorry!" I cry with my hands covering my face.

"Shhh. Its ok baby. Were not that upset anymore. We don't want to stress you out." My mom said while hugging me.

"How long are you guys staying for?"

"Until our granddaughter is born." My dad said smiling while kissing my forehead.

My parents walk out and Luke walks in sitting next to me.

"I wrote this song about you when you came to Australia." He says kissing me.

I was confused until he started singing and playing Mrs All American on his gutair.

I start crying and hug Luke.
"I love you so much."

"I love you too babe, and our little girl." Luke says kissing me and my stomach.

"Can I go home?" I ask.

"Lemme ask the doctor. I'll be right back."

About 5 minutes later Luke comes back with a doctor and he checks my stress levels.

"Well Miss Hood it seems that your stress levels have gone down a lot so I give you permission to go home. But if you have another panic attack come straight back." The doctor tells me.

"Thank You! Will do!" I tell him as I get checked out and head back home.
