Blinking her eyes she opened it only to realise that she was not anywhere close to where she should have been.

"Manik.."she whispered as raising her head she tried to get an idea where she actually was. It was then she realised that her hands were tied and the reason why she couldn't get up was because her body was tied to the chair on which she was sitting at the moment.

She was in a room but fortunately for her it wasn't pitch dark rather it was properly ventilated. She could see the sun rays falling on the ground which made her wonder exactly how much time had passed away.

Moving her head she closed her eyes as she tried to remember what exactly happened with her.

Last thing she remembered she got off the phone with Manik and was about to get into the car that Dhruv was driving but before she could do so she was hit by something on her head as the very next moment everything around her begin to turn pitch black.

She heard Dhruv's scream as well but unfortunately she wasn't in any position to help him.

And now here she was..

..in a locked room..tied up with a chair and all alone.

"Aiyappa..what now.."she mumbled to herself. But before she could say anything more she heard someone "..well you could personally ask your Aiyappa that question in next several minutes as that's exactly where you going to be once we are over with our conversation."

And in that moment Nandini knew exactly who and why had done this to her.

Looking up she whispered "..So we finally meet Ms.Sakshita." she smiled "..I was wondering when would I will get your "darshan" for real."

Nandini's words shocked Sakshita beyond measures.

Here she was expecting Nandini to be all scared and shocked but here was Nandini who was absolutely delighted to see her as if Sakshita was her most favourite person in the whole wide world. "Why are you smiling..shouldn't you be scared that your impending doom is standing in front of you.."

"Well we will decide that later. For now let me have a good look at you. After all I need to see the girl that stole my "Manik's heart" though just for little time. I have to meet her na." If Sakshita was shocked before now she was absolutely stumped. "You wanted to meet me.."

"How can I not Sakshita.."Nandini replied "..after all I wanted to thank you for for walking out of my "My Manik's life" personally.." before she could say anything more Sakshita screamed "Stop calling him
"My Manik." You bi*c*..just because you slept with him that doesn't mean Manik becomes your you wh*r*. Manik is mine..only mine.."

"Is that so then why do you think he is marrying me.."Nandini asked too sweetly. "Shouldn't you be the one that he should be getting married to..if he was "Your Manik.." bolo Sakshita."

"He will be marrying me only once I remove you from my way. If I knew you would be creating so much of trouble for me I would have slaughtered you with my bare hands way before I came to know about Manik's obsession for you. Back then I thought that Manik being Manik only wanted to sleep with you but never in my wildest dreams did I imagined that he would actually fall in love with you and end up giving my place to you.." Sakshita's eyes were fuming with rage. "..but no issues I will rectify my mistake now. Now no one will be able to save you like last time in Mangalore when my plan to assassinate you and your family was foiled by Manik. He is not here anymore so let's see who saves you today.."

"Well if I was you..I would be wondering who would save you today as you just confessed to your crime.."Nandini's words only made Sakshita laugh out loud "..have you lost it Nandini. You are the one who is tied to this chair and you are the one who is going today so why should I be worried.."

"Coming to the confession part..so what if I confessed that I planned to kill you and your family by planting bomb in your Gurukul. So what if I threatened you over and over again. So what if I injured Dhruv today..and will be killing you in matter of few moments..what difference will it make, you will be dead and Manik will be mine forever. No one will get any evidence or proof against me...so Chapter close. If I can abort my own baby just because it was going to take the passion and lust that Manik away from me so just imagine what brutal death awaits you Ms.Murthy." Now Nandini was disgusted at her words.

"It's a good thing you didn't brought that innocent life in this world or else you would have scarred that child's life as well. You are big blot in the name of woman Sakshita and even dark spot in the name of mother. You are not worthy of my hate as you are simply outrageously disgusting." Much to her dismay Sakshita was affected by every word that Nandini was referring to.

"Just shut up. Who needs your gyan you bl*od* wh*r*. Certainly not me. And why the hell am I wasting time in getting lectures from you. Let's get this over with.." Sakshita pulled out a big knife from the back of her dress. "Pray one last time Nandini and remember all the time you had here as your time is up.."

"Are you sure about that Ms.Sakshita" this time  Nandini smiled confusing Sakshita once again.

However soon her confusion faded as Nandini whispered "..take the shot..now.."

And the next moment Sakshita was on the ground writhing in pain as she was hit by bullet on her right leg. The knife that she was holding got thrown at one corner of the room due to jerking.

Within fraction of seconds the door was broken and Manik along with Aryaman and cops entered the room. Without paying any heeds to Sakshita who was lying on the ground Manik rushed to Nandini who was now smiling radiantly.

"God Nandini..you scared me.."Manik untied her as Aryaman and the police finally got hold of Sakshita.  "Are you okay.."

"Never better.." Nandini's eyes were shining with satisfaction now and the moment she got free standing back on her feet she pulled Manik closer and ended up kissing Manik as if her life depended on it.
