Chapter 4

(Sorry for the long wait)

Lance woke up to the smell of Pancakes. The first thing Lance saw was a sleeping Keith wrapped up in his arms. He opened his phone and saw unread messages from his mom and siblings. He didn't answer and sat up. He accidentally woke up Keith by moving.

"ani! gaji ma!" Keith said in his native language being tired. (no! Don't go)

"I'm not going anywhere! I just smell pancakes." Lance said understanding it by his body language.

"Hmm. Ah!" Keith said and put his hands over his mouth.

"Oh no you don't. I have no problem with you speaking your native language." Lance said taking his hands off of his mouth and kissed Keith.

"I love it when you talk in your native tongue," Lance said after breaking the kiss and Keith's face turned red.

"U-um, you said you smelled pancakes. L-let's go see then." Keith said getting up.

"Ah!" Lance said grabbing Keith's wrist and got down.

"Climb on! I'll carry you!" Lance said.

"... ok." Keith said and got on Lance's back and hid his face in Lance's neck.

Lance headed downstairs with Keith and followed the smell to the kitchen.

"Oh! Hi Shiro!" Lance said

"Hey Lance, and Keith! Want some pancakes? They have no lactose, but they taste good." Shiro offered.

"Sure!" Lance said and walked over to the table and sat down.

Keith sat beside Lance and scooted closer so he can lean on Lance's shoulder. Shiro brought them their plates and went back for his own and sat in front of the two.

"You two sure are close now," Shiro announced.

"That's to be expected," Lance said taking a bite of pancake.

"Keith isn't usually this cuddly. It's nice to see him open up." Shiro said.

"Shut up!" Keith said.

"He's drawn you before." Shiro exposed.

"What? Really?" Lance asked excited.

"No!" Keith said blushing.

"In one of your famous finger-gun poses too." Shiro said completely exposing his brother.

"Did you?" Lance said asking excitedly.

"No, yes, maybe! ... yes. I drew you." Keith said admitting.

"Your dead later!" Keith said pointing at Shiro.

"Oh--! I'm so scared!" Shiro said having finished his plates.

Shiro walked past him and ruffled his hair. Keith got mad and then realized he hadn't brushed his hair. He brushed his fingers through his hair feeling like he looked ridiculous and Lance noticed. Lance gently grabbed Keith's wrists and put them down.

"I like your bed hair. It's cute." Lance said.

"Mmm--! Fine!" Keith said and took another bite of pancake.

"Hey Lance? Has your parents tried to contact you?" Shiro asked.

"Hmm. Yeah. I was gonna reply back after i eat. Why?" Lance asked.

"Hunk just texted. He said that Adrian misses you." Shiro said.

"Don't worry about it. He misses me if I go to the store for fifteen minutes." Lance says.
