"Hey Ace"

"Hi Precious, what's up"

"Nothing much. Well since you asked, I have a teeny-weeny little question for you."

"okay. What is it"

"well, I've been wondering, umm, why haven't you been talking to Amara recently?"

I could hear Ace laugh silently.

"I thought you knew"

"what do you mean?"

"you know what I mean. That friend of yours is bad news. I suggest you stay away from her. We both know she is bad influence to the society. Oh, and Amara, you'll have to do more than a little interview to get things out of me. I can see that you're still a teeny-weeny coward."

"hey give me back my phone." I could hear them struggling for something, most likely Precious' phone.

"bye Amarachi" his voice was clearer now.

"that's the end guys"

"well that was a waste of time" I said

"how did he even know what we planned?" Amy asked as she played with her glasses.

"I honestly don't know. Gosh, I so dislike that boy."

I wonder how on earth Ace knew about Operation cheese.

Nothing is getting better.

**********

"I have written my note and just sent it" I told Precious as I entered the hostel.

This Saturday is the very first visiting day this session. The whole school is excited.

During visiting day, we get to see our parents, and are allowed to go out with our parents for the whole day. It is very awesome. Most students write notes that request what they want and send it to their parents via the school admin.

"I'm about to send mine. I can't wait to see my new baby brother" she said with utmost joy.

She heard from Mr. Emeka that her mom gave birth to a baby boy (her eighth brother) a week ago. Since then she has been very happy.

"I'm pretty sure my Mom named him Philip. After all, she gave us all names that start with P: Prince, Peter, Paul, Praise, Precious, Parker, Patrick, Perry, and now Philip. I'm sure he is very cute. Oh, I can't wait to see him."

"I'm pretty sure you've said that over a hundred times today." Amy said as she entered our room. "I don't think anyone in our class, or the school as a matter of fact, doesn't know. Your brothers have told this whole school."

"yeah. For a family of eight, oh sorry, nine, you guys really like new additions to the family"

"I agree Amara. Precious, you do realize you're the only one here who hasn't sent her list"

"OMG, I almost forgot. Thanks Amy" she said and gave her a hug. "you are really my best friend"
