A whole week later until they could finally get the wedding underway. The whole thing was being held in California near Tony's, newly rebuilt, Malibu house. Where he had invited them all to stay after the reception.

Tony insisted on getting a beach-front, private place for the wedding. And when I said getting, I mean he bought a place for it. He could afford it.

Pepper organized a lot of the whole affair. Keeping simple just like Natasha and Steve wanted. They didn't want something too flashy. Just a close gathering of family and friends. Of course neither of them really had any family. The other Avengers pretty much summed it up. Tony and Pepper were to be the best man and maid of honor. Bruce was flying back from DC with his girlfriend. After Natasha had finally convinced Bruce to go reconcile with Betty, he flew to DC and, well, didn't really leave.

Thor was coming back from Asgard with his bride, Jane Foster. Tony was secretly hoping that he would appear with Jane down the Bifrost bridge in the middle of the reception. What a scene that would be.

As for Clint, well, he just arrived. "Damn Stark. This is suppose to be low key?" Clint joked good-naturedly. Tony rolled his eyes.

"Yeah, yeah. Can it, Hawk ass, they are going to have something nice in their wedding even if it kills me," Tony stated, firmly planting his feet in the ground. Clint snorted a laugh.

"I think you meant even if she kills you," Clint pointed out. Tony shrugged.

"True, true," Tony said nonchalantly with a basic nod. Clint shook his head and grinned as he saw the decor. It was actually really nice. Clint guessed that Pepper had done most of it.

Thin, white sheet's were strung from the tall tops of palm tree's, draping over to the next so it made a natural canopy where the reception would be held. Part's of the silk like cloth fell down low and created some privacy. There were tables and chairs set up off more to one side. Clint was surprised to see that there was a vase of roses in the middle of each table. Red Roses to be exact.

There was a small, raised, wooden plat form where a band might play. There was another, lower, wider wooden plat form below said stage. Most likely a dance floor. Light's were strung around the palm tree's that lightly illuminated the space with a pale, blue and white light.

The isle was all white sand with shells beside it to create a strait path to the alter. Which in this case was to interwoven palm tree's with the trunks placed slightly away from each other so Steve and Natasha could stand there. There were basic chairs lined on either side of the white sand isle. The interwoven tree's were decorated with light's and long pieces of silk strung along all the way to the tops and then draping down the back.

It really is nice, Clint thought as he continued to peruse the setting. That was until Clint caught, the one and only, Nick Fury talking with Stark about something that Clint couldn't hear.

"Well well, Fury, I didn't actually think you'd make it. Wait, did you even get an invitation?" Was Tony's snarky greeting. Fury didn't seem amused. In fact, he seemed stern. More so than usual. "I take it you're not even here for that anyways," Tony said, lowly. Fury glanced quickly around.

"I need you to hold onto this for me, Stark," said Fury, already pulling out a dark case. Tony looked at it skeptically. The case was certainly small. It really didn't look like much.

"What's in it?- Wait! Don't tell me," exclaimed Tony, clapping his hands like a child, "let me guess. It's-" Fury shot Tony such a look that Tony actually stopped mid quip. Fury subtly pushed it towards him, looking nearly frantic.
