Frisk POV
Frisk and Sans both finally arrived at their first period class. They both greeted the teacher and were allowed to take their seats. Before Frisk could choose which seat she wanted to take, Sans tapped her arm and she looked at him. He was walking in the direction at two seats, both at the third row.
Frisk got the signal and followed him, taking her seat beside Sans. "SANS...IS THAT A HUMAN?" Frisk turned her attention to the monster on the second row who was a skeleton. Sans nodded his head, at the same time, pulling down his hood. "WOWIE! I NEVER SEEN A HUMAN BEFORE!" Though he was saying this loudly, he was somehow able to make it into a whisper. The skeleton cleared his throat. "HELLO THERE HUMAN! WHAT IS YOUR NAME?" "Frisk," she replied. "WELL NICE TO MEET YOU FRISK. I, THE GREAT PAPYRUS AM WONDERING IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BECOME GREAT FRIENDS." Frisk smiled. So far, in her first day, she's already making friends! It was pretty much lucky. But would she still be able to keep them for long? Her determination rose. "Of course. You seem like one of those kinds of friendly people."
"OH AND I'M SURE YOU'VE ALREADY MET MY BROTHER SANS." Sans gave Frisk a little wave and Frisk grinned. "I HOPE TO BE ABLE TO SEE YOUR DANCING SKILLS SOON," Papyrus said excitedly. Dancing? Oh great, Frisk thought. It's a dancing school after all. Of course you were going to have to dance at one point in front of a huge audience. Frisk gulped. "I'm sure her dancing is great," Sans said. Frisk smiled at him gratefully. Then the teacher gave them all their first homeroom work. Sans groaned. "Great...more work," Sans muttered. They were all supposed to dance their favorite type of dancing style, just to warm things up. Frisk frowned at that. Then everyone split into groups and began their dance while others dance as pairs. Frisk stood alone at one corner in the room. She didn't want to embarrass herself. A monster student happened to walk to her. "Why are you standing there and not dancing?" Frisk shrugged. "Well, you gotta check out that dancer over there. He's got some skills of a professional dancer."
"Huh?" The monster pointed over to a group of monsters. Frisk walked her way over to them. "What's going on? Who's dancing?" She asked. Papyrus grabbed her hand and pulled her near the circle. "HUMAN! YOU HAVE GOT TO SEE THIS!" Frisk looked at the dancer. He was wearing a blue jacket with a hoodie on his head. His dancing style was hip hop and he was incredibly great at it! Frisk squinted her eyes to try to see who the monster was. It was hard to tell since his hood was on, giving him a dark shade and hard to recognize his identity. "Is that...Sans?" Papyrus nodded his head. "HE'S AMAZING RIGHT?" Frisk nodded her head. Then she began cheering for him. "Go Sans!" Sans seemed to be looking around for something. Then all of a sudden, he was nearly about to trip. Frisk gasped. But he didn't and bones appeared to help his dancing. Frisk looked at him with a new respect for him. Sans POV After his little performance, class ended and the crowd slowly disappeared. Sans then began looking around for a towel but he couldn't seem to find one. "Wow, you were amazing back there." Sans turned to see Frisk. She was holding a towel and handing it to him. Sans grinned and took it and wiped his sweat. "Thanks kid. Though, it wasn't really that much big of a deal." Frisk gasped at him. "Of course it was! I never seen anyone dance like that in my entire life. Heck I think you were better than Chara. But don't tell that to her, she'll probably kill me if she found out." Sans began blushing a bit. What was up with him today? People complimenting about his dance moves were pretty much ordinary so what was the difference between theirs and Frisk? "Uh sure, don't worry I won't tell anyone." "Are you okay back there? I saw that you nearly tripped back there." Sans nodded his head. "I'm fine. But hey, thanks for checkin in on meh." Frisk smiled. "No problem. I think your bro was cool." Sans nodded. "Of course he is." It was true though that he had nearly tripped. It was mostly because while he was dancing he heard someone cheering for him. Frisk maybe? And for some reason, he got distracted and he began to look for her, but while doing so, he lost balance. Luckily for him, he had powers and it would be a shame to not use them and let them go to waste right? Sans then grabbed his things and started to head out the door. "Wait!" Sans turned to see Frisk walking fast to catch up with him. Sans sent her a questioning look, waiting for her to maybe say something but she just looked at him. "Umm, Frisk...you need anything?" Frisk's face blushed a little. "Now what's up with you? You look like a strawberry." Frisk frowned as her blushed grew. "Hey, I'm just getting a little payback on ya," Sans said. "Well anyways in answer to your question...I don't need anything. I just..." "Just what?" Frisk seemed to look nervous. "I just wanted to walk with you," she blurted. Then realizing what she said she covered her mouth. Uh oh now it was Sans' turn to blush. But he quickly hid it by laughing at what she said. Frisk's expression turned to one of disappointment. "Oh...you don't want to?" Sans stopped his laughing. "No kid it's just...never mind just come along." Frisk brightened up immediately and she followed Sans. "Your a hall monitor right? How long have you been one?" "Since last year." "Cool, so that means you must know every class around here right?" Sans nodded his head. "I'm guessing we're not in the same class," Sans said. "My next class is across the hall." Frisk looked away. "Oh okay. My next class is on the second floor. I know so because, I heard someone saying about that." Suddenly Sans felt like he wanted some company. Like he wanted Frisk to stay some more. Pfft. Okay, sure having company is pretty normal so it's not a big deal right? "Well if you'd like...I could walk you over to your class..." "Really? Thanks! I mean that's very kind of you." Sans giggled. "So...how did those bones appeared in your dance earlier? Were they part of your magic?" "Kid, you asked a lot of questions. And I mean curiosity is good and all, for knowledge I guess. Though it at times can get pretty annoying." "Am I annoying?" Sans did a double take. "Of course not! Your the complete opposite of that. Your interesting not boring like the rest of those other monsters. And those bones...yeah they're part of my magic. All monsters have magic. And we used our magic in our dances to our advantage which helps us perform cooler tricks and stuff. Wait, didn't your mom tell you this?" Frisk nodded her head. "Welp, now I'm a teacher." Frisk smiled. "It's fine, at least I have a little reminder y'know." Then for a moment there was an awkward silence as they headed up the stairs. Then a question came up in Sans' mind. "Hey kid, I'm just wondering but...why didn't you dance earlier? Sure I get that some people get lazy and I respect that being a lazy guy myself but...this is your first day y'know. A chance to impress other monsters around you. For others to get to know you. And...you will get extra points in class, though only a few people care about that one." Frisk giggled. "But seriously though why didn't you dance." Frisk looked away, avoiding eye contact with Sans. "Oh I uhh...oh look we're here now." Sans looked up to see that they had arrived in front of a classroom. Then all of a sudden, Frisk was in a rush to head to class. "Well, thanks for walking me to class Sans. That was really sweet of you and I don't want you to be late for your class so I'm just going ti go in now. Bye." Then Frisk headed inside the classroom. Sans looked at her in surprise. Gee what was up with her? _________________________________ Frisk POV
When Frisk got into her class, she took her seat and sighed. So far only her family knew that she was scared of dancing in front of other people. She was scared probably because she was home schooled and she could get a mistake and everyone would laugh at her. And then she would be the laughing stock at school...everywhere she'll go people would whisper and tease her because of that mistake she did. Frisk shivered. She didn't want that to happen. Nope. Most especially at a dancing school like this. ______________________________
After her morning classes, next was lunch. Frisk was very hungry and she hoped that the food there would be good for humans too. Since Chara and her were in third period, Chara had walked Frisk and her over to the cafeteria. "So since your a human too...is the food here...edible?" Frisk asked her. "Well do you think I would be able to survive in this school without anything to eat?" I'll take that as a yes Frisk thought. When they finally arrived at the cafeteria, it was half full with monsters. Frisk sniffed the air. "Mmm, something smells good." "C'mon, I'll take you over to the sweets station later. But for now grab your lunch, I'm starving."
