Frisk POV
Frisk clutched her bag as she and her family got out of the car and once again just like in her first day entered the school. Yesterday, she wasn't able to take a peak at the book she had borrowed from the library but now she might have an opportunity since Chara and her have been seperated from each other. When they were in the hallways, Frisk then headed to the courtyard. There were a few trees there and a few chairs there too. Yellow buttercups were planted there too which in Frisk's opinion really matched the light soft green grass and kind of reminded her of Asriel and Chara. Frisk then sat down on one of the chairs in the courtyard. She looked around first to see if anyone was around. It was almost empty with only a few monsters at the other side. Seeing that the coast was clear, Frisk got the book out from her bag. It was a little dusty so she wiped away some of it. Then she opened the book to the first page. The reason why she got this book was because she heard that a few humans who were dancers were able to make their dance unique, almost the same as monsters. And Frisk wanted to know how and if possible, if she could do it. The first page she saw was about the seven types of human souls which were determination, bravery, justice, kindness, patience, integrity and perseverance. Frisk knew all of these souls already and she already knew she had a determination soul. So she skipped this part of the book. The next page describes how a monster uses its power to help itself in dancing and once again Frisk already knew about this and skipped to the next page. She skipped a few pages on the topics she already knew until she found the one that she was looking for. She read it silently so that on case someone passed by, they wouldn't hear. Monsters are able to dance with the use of their powers but however humans don't have powers. They however have a different way to this though. Humans are able to add special movements thanks to the help of their soul. It really depend on what the soul of the human is. In order to do this though they must first have to feel what the trait of their soul, like for example a bravery soul means you would be brave enough to dance despite that you could get a wrong move. Then just like magic, you would be able to do those special tricks in your dance, it's as simple as that. What's not simple is that it may at first seem difficult to control especially when you have too much of those traits. Having lots of that filled trait is okay but you have to be careful and make sure to control it. The best tip is to start just little. It would also help if you already knew how to dance well. When Frisk read that part she rolled her eyes. There it was again, that dancing part. Frisk continued reading the rest of the part and when she got bored she skipped once again to the part where they talked about her soul. She was vey curious on what her soul would do when she used it in her dancing. According to the book, her soul was one of the most powerful souls, and that it could be hard to control. The most efficient and effective types of dancing for her soul were ballet and modern. And Frisk was a bit surprised by this since Chara, her sister did modern. However, she had never seen her sister done any of those magic tricks. She planned to ask her sister later. And it was a coincidence since she wanted to learn ballet. She turned a page but to her surprise, the page was torn off. Frisk stared at in shock. Fortunately the page wasn't eaxctly fully thorn off. There was still a small piece of the page left there which was the unfortunately only the title. What Happens if a Human and Monster Dance Togeth-
Frisk was pretty sure the last word was obviously together and that made this page topic more interesting. She had never wondered or thought about that question. Though she did once tried to take waltz lessons with Asriel, and come to think of it, he had stayed far off away at the corner from her in the dance studio so Frisk had to squint her eyes to see the steps he was doing. Despite that, she quit doing waltz. With an exasperated sigh, she closed the book. She would read more about it later. But for now, she had an essay to pass.________
Frisk had sat with her siblings that day during lunch and right now, she had grabbed her tray and returned it to the tray return. She was surprised on how fast an eater she was today, because there were fifteen more minutes left before her next class started. The rest other friends were still at their usual lunch table eating. Since Frisk was still new to the school, she decided to explore more of the school since she had the time. Frisk then walked out of the cafeteria and on the hallways. While passing through the corridors she spotted a door she hadn't seen before. They were double doors with that nice shade of white. Frisk stared at it for a while. What was in there? Is it the staff room? Was it an unused classroom? Frisk knew she shouldn't probably open it amd go inside. However her curiosity got the better of her and so she grabbed on of the handles of the door and pushed it open. The room was actually an auditorium! Frisk marveled at the scene. There were red curtains at the side of one big stage and below it were lots of red chairs. "Wow, I bet they do all kinds of dance performances up there." Frisk sighed. "I wish I could do the same." Then she looked down at her bag remembering that she packed her ballet tutu and shoes in her bag that day. She then looked at the stage. Should she do it? No one was there anyways. She then unzipped her bag, got out her bag and tutu and put them on. After she slowly climed the stair until she reached the middle of the stage. She paused for a while, remembering all the ballet dances she'd been taught by her family and the videos she had watched online. Then taking a deep breath, she began her dance. At first, she started with the small steps. Then little by little she started to do other average dance steps and she'll admit, she was having fun despite having a few mistakes every now and then. And when she start doing a little advance step, Frisk felt something growing inside her. Frisk had a feeling it was her determination. For the first time in weeks, Frisk felt free, like she could be anything she wanted to be. She didn't care if anyone was watching her since no one was there and so she was able to do her best. Back then, she had stopped dancing ballet for a while since Chara had started to switch to modern dance style. But even though she didn't dance that much since then, Frisk had used the internet to learn how to dance ballet herself. Though she sometimes did dance but only for a short period of time like a minute. It has been a while since she had danced this long in her life! Soon Frisk came to a closing in her dance. She playfully took a little bow giggling to herself. She had so much fun today. Then all of a sudden Frisk heard a little clap at one side of the room. "Wow, that was cool," a familiar voice said. Frisk turned to see Sans standing at the last row of chairs. Frisk slowly climbed down the stairs. "Oh...yeah I know...my dancing is bad. And in case your thinking...I had no choice when I came to this school. I just thought...I could be like one of those ballet dancers you saw on TV but..." Frisk looked down at her shoes. She quickly removed her tutu, folded it and placed it in her bag. Before she could however untie her other shoe, unfortunately, the bell rang signaling class was about to start. Frisk, panicked, quickly got the shoe out of her foot and dropped it in her bag. She wasn't sure if it fell in it but hopefully it did. "I'm sorry you had to see that, I understand if...you don't wanna be friends with me...I have to go now, classes are starting." Frisk then pushed the door of the auditoroum before Sans could even say something. She passed several students while running towards her class. Fortunately when she arrived, the teacher hadn't arrived. She took her seat beside Alphys. Frisk put her head low. Great, now one of her new friends had seen how much of a terrible dancer she was. If Sans had watched her dancing from the very beginning he surely had seen all those mistakes Frisk had made. Frisk's expression must've shown because Alphys said "Frisk are you okay? You seem upset about something?" Frisk nodded her head at Alphys. "I'm fine, just got scared I'll be late to class that's all." Frisk made a little plan at the back of her mind. She would ignore Sans for the rest of the day and until next week, she would talk to him and explain everything and hopefully everything would be okay. After all, today was Wednesday, only two more days left until she could reach the weekend. Then Frisk remembered her other ballet shoe. Frisk quietly grabbed her bag and put in onto her lap. She unzipped it. Immediately she saw her other shoe and her pink tutu but she couldn't find her other shoe. Frisk started to panick once again, but she took a deep breath and told herself to calm down. She then proceeded to empty her bag, removing the items she had packed inside it. However to her dismay, she wasn't able to find a single pink ballet shoe. Oh no, I must've left it in the auditorium! Frisk quickly placed her things back into the bag, zipped it and made her way to the door. Unfortunately, the teacher had arrived just that moment. "Frisk, are you going to go to the rest room?" Frisk stopped. Too late. She shook her head no and returned to her seat. She felt disappointed. What if someone got it and decided to keep it? Frisk didn't want to lose them since they were he only items that had actually came from her parents. Even though she was sad, Frisk's determination rose. As soon as she had the chance, Frisk would dart into the auditorium, and get her ballet shoe back.
