Frisk POV
Chara stared at her for a while. Then she asked "Did Sans did anything bad to you?" Frisk immediately shook her head no. "No, no I'm fine. He didn't hurt me or anything. Anyways, I got to go get my shoe now. I mean classes are over now right?" Frisk picked up her bag which was on the floor under the bench. "Are you sure you don't want some company?" Chara asked. "No, I can manage. After all...he's my friend." The words came out of Frisk's mouth accidentally. Would he still be her friend though after seeing her dance? Frisk began to walk then realized something. She didn't know where Sans could've gone. Before she could find out where he could be, she spotted Papyrus walking together with Metatton. Frisk waved over to them. "Hey guys, have you seen Sans around?" They both shook their heads. "He already went out of school darling," Metatton said. "BUT YOU COULD TRY CHECKING OUT ONE OF THE PLACES HE LIKES TO GO TO," Papyrus suggested. "HE REALLY LIKES TO GO TO GRILLBY'S." "Where is that?" Frisk asked. "Just head to snowdin town. Probably bring a scarf. The temperature there is a bit cold." Frisk nodded her head. "Thanks." "Frisk, are you looking for Sans because...I don't know, you want to hang out with him?" Frisk turned around in surprise. And unexpectedly, she felt her face turn red. "OOH LOOK AT THAT! THE HUMAN'S BLUSHING!" Papyrus exclaimed while Metatton clapped her hands delighedly. "No I'm not! Uhh anyways gotta go!" Frisk quickly said and ran down the halls.

Metatton wasn't kidding when she had said that it was cold in snowdin. Frisk had brought along with her her scarf along with her bag. To get to snowdin, she had to take a bus and then walk all the way until she could see a "Welcome to snowdin town." When she arrived, she shivered a bit from the cold. It wasn't snowing but windy. The houses around her were pretty cool and there were a few monsters outside. Frisk was pretty much fascinated by this place. She couldn't believe that Sans and Papyrus lived in such a wonderful place. She spotted a group of little monsters playing near a tree. Seeing that one of her bangs was out of place, Frisk used one hand to push it back and she slowly walked towards the group. "Hi," Frisk said, waving her hand. The monsters noticed her and a few had scared faces. Frisk couldn'y blame them for that. Monsters probably thought that humans were all big, scary and tough, most especially the little kids, just the same as humans feel about monsters. It was pretty much understandable but Frisk hoped that it would one day change. That one day, monsters and humans would live together in peace. "Yo, Frisk, what are you doing here?" Frisk turned her head to see a familiar monster standing together with the other monsters. It was monster kid! "Did you come here to join us?" "I would like to play with you but right now, I have something to do." "Ooh does it have something to do with Sans?" Monster kid pipped up. Frisk stared at him in surprise. "S-s-sort of," she stuttered. "Anyways, do you know where Grillby's is?" Monster kid pointed his tail to the direction. "Just head on straight and you'll be able to spot it for sure." Frisk thanked him and she continued on her way.

Sans POV
After a long day at school, Sans decided to head over to Grillby's. He sat on a chair near a counter, drinking his ketchup which he hadn't finished eating since class started. On top of his lap was his bag, which he was looking at. It was opened and inside it was Frisk's shoe. He had tried looking for Frisk for the past few days but nothing. She must've been avoiding him. And Sans had to admit, she was pretty good at it! So good he couldn't even find her.   "Sans please tell me the real reason why you're actually here." Sans looked up to see Grillby standing right in front of him. "Just came here to chill, that's all. School was pretty tiring," Sans said, adjusting his hoodie to cover a bit of his face. "You do know that your not in the events place. You can take off your hoodie," Grillby said. Sans nodded his head quietly. "I know, but I just want to keep it on me." Sans looked down once again at Frisk's shoe.  He remembered how she danced on stage in the auditorium. He remembered how he saw her filled with determination as she danced the steps. "So...have you found cinderella yet?" Grillby suddenly asked. Sans hold onto his hood when a sudden gust of wind filled the room. He heard the door to the place open then close.  Even though he didn't turn around, he could hear a bunch of monsters whispering comments to themselves. "Looks like a human's here. Must be cinderella." Grillby gave Sans a wink making Sans blush a bright blue. "I better head in the kitchen," Grillby said casually. Sans sent Grillby a look but he seemed to dismissed it.  He heard footsteps coming closer and closer until Sans thought that Frisk was right behind him. From the corner of his eyes he could see that Frisk had seated herself to the seat next to him. At first there was an awkward silence between them. Then the silence was broken when Frisk said "hey." Sans took a deep breath before having the courage to face Frisk and give her a wave. Frisk looked down at her feet.   Right now she was wearing dark brown comfy boots and around her neck was a sky blue scarf. "That's a cool scarf," Sans finally said. He had to say something right? Frisk smiled at his compliment. "Thanks. Asriel gave it to me once on christmas." Another silence came by. "You have no idea how long it took for me to finally realize you took my shoe," Frisk said quietly. "And you don't know how long it took for me to try to find you," Sans replied. "Oh, you weren't able to find me? Why didn't you check in class?" "You weren't there last time. And the other time I missed first period accidentally." "That must've been the time I had to run an errand for my mom," Frisk said. It felt kind of weird that Frisk didn't seem to get mad at him. She didn't look mad right now. In fact, she actualy looked pretty nervous right now. "I didn't mean to make you that tired to look for your shoe. I mean, I'm sorry about what happened back there. Wait what?" For the first time in days, Sans heard Frisk laugh. "It's okay. We're even. I'm just glad that my shoe wasn't gone or that anything bad had happened to it." "So your not mad?" Sans asked confused. "Well...opposite of that. I felt a bit scared and panicked. Because see..." Frisk paused for a while to look away. "Those shoes and tutu, they were the only things I had from my parents." Sans looked at Frisk surprised. Then Frisk turned to look at him in the eye. "Are we still friends? Are YOU not embarassed to see that I was...a terrible dancer?"  "Of course not Frisk! Sure you made a few mistakes but you were determined to dance right. That's the thing I liked about your dance." Frisk sent Sans a genuine smile. "Just one favor to ask from you. Could you please keep this a secret? I don't want anyone to know about my dancing...yet." Sans nodded his head. "Sure. And just to add it up, I'll help you." Then Sans opened his bag and got out Frisk's slipper. Frisk's face lit up as soon as she saw her shoe. Once the shoe was in her hands, Frisk hugged it close to her chest before putting it in her bag. "Thank you Sans," she said. Sans smiled back at her in return. Just then Grillby returned with two fries. "Fries?" Sans sent Frisk a questioning look. "Thought you were hungry, so I ordered some." Sans took a bite out of one of the fries. "Perfect snacks for a fry-day." Frisk giggled. The rest of the monsters seemed to heard the pun because now everyone was laughing.  "Gee you and Toriel really loved my puns," Sans said. Frisk munched a fry before she could say something. "I know. I once sneaked into her room before and I saw that she actually wrote puns." "Cool," Sans said. He took out his ketchup. There were only a few drops left. "Want some?" Frisk nodded. She opened the cap and then all of a sudden, all the remaining ketchup that was left in the bottle fell. "Whoops. Sorry about that." Sans moved his fries over to Frisk. "Here, you can have mine. I drank too many ketchup." Frisk thanked him and for a while, they continued to talk. Soon Frisk had to leave. Sans had volunteered to walk her over to the bus station.  "Snowdin's a pretty cool place. I can't believe I'd never been here before." Sans shrugged. "Well now you do." When they finally reached the station, a bus was already there, heading to Ancient Ruins. "That was pretty fun. Guess I'll see you," Frisk said. "Yeah. Oh and Frisk..." Frisk turned her head to face him. "Yeah?" Sans hesitated. "You'll make a great dancer one day." Frisk's face had blushed red. "Oh...thanks Sans." Frisk then climbed onto the bus. When the bus left Sans head his way to his home.
