Sans POV
The next few days at school with Frisk had been great so far. Sans had seen her made many great new friends so far such as his brother and she seemed to be keeping up with the lessons so far. They had both seemed to be hanging out a lot with Sans telling her lots of his puns and she would listen and sometimes even laugh at them. Sans loved it when she laughed at his puns because for some reason, it made him feel...happy? And although he had never seen her dance before, he guaranteed that when she did, her dance is amazing. One day, Sans slipped into his first period class late. Frisk was in her usual seat paying close attention to every word the teacher was saying. When she saw Sans her face lit up and she gave him a little wave and Sans simply smiled back at her. Papyrus was at the second row. He choose to stay at the back. Sans like sitting at the back because there, he could see what everyone was doing and he would have a low chance of getting called on by the teacher. While they discussed about the history of dancing, every now and then Sans would take a look at the clock hoping that time would move a bit faster so that classes would be done. Sans had noticed that whenever the teacher had asked a question in class, Frisk would mostly raised her hand, even though she at times got the wrong answer. Sans could easily tell that she was very determined to know everything there is to know about dancing. Then before class could end the teacher announced their first assignment: they were going to make an essay about what they had just discussed. Sans groaned just as the bell rang signaling the end of class. "Don't worry though. If you think you need any help, I'll allow you to ask help from any of your fellow classmates," the teacher said as everyone filed out. Papyrus beamed. "THIS SHOULD BE EASY!" "I'm not so sure." The brothers both turned to see Frisk standing behind them. "WHAT'S WRONG HUMAN?" Frisk looked at the ground, suddenly feeling shy. "Nothing. I should get to class now." Frisk quickly walked away, heading for the stairs. "SANS, I FEEL LIKE THE HUMAN IS HIDING SOMETHING FROM US." Sans nodded his head. "I think so too bro. I just don't know what it is. But then again, we all have our own secrets. If she wants to tell us then fine, but if not, we should probably respect her decision." Papyrus shrugged. "I GUESS YOU ARE RIGHT BROTHER. ANYWAYS, I'LL SEE YOU AT LUNCH!" Sans waved his brother bye as he headed for his next class. Sans wanted to help Frisk, not just for her to trust them more but also because he was her friend. __
Once again it was lunch and Sans was hungry. He hoped that the food they were going to serve here would be great. While walking to the cafeteria, he fall into step with Frisk who was walking by herself. "What's up?" Frisk looked at him, her brows up. "I'm good." Sans shook his head. "Nope, it's the ceiling." Frisk giggled at his joke. "That's a good one," she said. "Chara's in the bathroom so I have to walk to the cafeteria myself. But it sure is nice to have some company though," Frisk said. "So Chara's your sister right?" Frisk nodded her head. "She may not be the best but she's cool alright. Same too with Asriel." Frisk sighed. "Chara seems to distrust you Sans. She told me I shouldn't be hanging out with you," Frisk admitted in a soft voice. Sans looked away. "Oh...okay." "No, no, no I mean sure she is my sister but I don't let anyone choose who my friends will be. I have my right and my own free will to choose so in case you're thinking about it...no I am not breaking our frienship." Sans breathed a sigh of relief. "Good. I didn't wanna lose a new friend, especially that's one in a million." Frisk's face flush as her cheeks turned red. Sans pat head head gently. "C'mon kiddo, I don't want to be late for my favorite class." Frisk giggled and she followed him to lunch. "So you usually sit with Papyrus?" Sans nodded his head. "Cool, I sit with my siblings too." They soon reached the cafeteria and fall in line. "I can't wait to get back to the sweets station. I wanna try all the other sweets!" Sans laughed. "You really have a sweet tooth don't ya?" As soon as they got their lunch, Frisk led Sans to the sweets station. "Oh look who it is. The human that saved one of my little friend's life. What delicous treats would you like for today?" Frisk paused for a while to check the sweets. "I want that muffin over there please," she requested. Muffet handed Frisk the muffin. "Hope to see you come back soon!" Frisk looked at something then turned to look at Sans. "Hey can I sit at your table?" Sans did a double take. Frisk? Sit with him and Papyrus? "No offense, but I thought you wanted to sit with your siblings?" "Well I have been sitting with them a lot for the past few days at school so why not try sitting with my other new friends?" Sans thought about this. If she did sit with them, Frisk would have an opportunity to get to know more about Papyrus and their bond will grow way more stronger. Snas shrugged. "Okay, why not?" Frisk squealed with delight. Then realizing what she did she smiled nervously. "He he, sorry. I just got excited that's all." Then they both headed towards the table. To their surprise, Papyrus was there already but he wasn't alone. "Metatton?" Metatton waved her hand. "Hello my darlings. Papyrus invited me to sit over at your table Sans. He said you wouldn't mind." Sans eyed Metatton suspiciously. For some reason, he didn't trust her with his brother. Frisk seemed to notice Sans was unsure because she gently touched Sans arm. It had a calming effect on him because Sans said "Okay fine. Because Frisk wanted to sit at our table too." Papyrus eyes glowed. "REALLY? THAT'S GREAT. COME SIT NOW HUMAN! WE HAVE SO MANY GREAT THINGS TO TALK ABOUT WITH YOU." Frisk obediently took her seat beside Sans. They then all began to eat their food silently. As soon as they finished, Metatton looked at what Frisk was wearing. Was she going to judge what Frisk was wearing? Because in Sans opinion, she looked perfectly fine. "I like your outfit Frisk. It's simple but at the same tine dazzling!" Frisk smiled at the compliment. "Thanks. I usually just wear what I feel like." When Frisk said this Metatton eyes went wide. "OMG! Darling I have to give you some more fashion tips!" Everyone laughed. "FRISK I'M JUST WONDERING, WHAT'S YOUR DANCING STYLE? YOU HAVEN'T TOLD US WHAT YOUR DANCING STYLE WAS EVER SINCE THAT FIRST DAY." "Really? Frisk, darling you gotta tell me what it is. I'll be glad on whatever dancing style your in but if it's jazz, I'll have to give you some tips on how you dazzle your audience more!" Frisk giggled. "I'd sure love to tell you guys but...you see I...I." Frisk hesitated and she looked unsure. Sans sent her a teasing smile. "Frisk, if your not ready to tell us because your planning to surprise us...I don't want you to ruin it for us." Frisk nodded her head. "Yeah just what Sans said. I could tell you but I don't wanna ruin it." "SURPRISE? I LOVE SURPRISES! I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE IT HUMAN!" "Same with me." And just like that the bell rang. "THERE GOES THE BELL! WE HAVE TO GET TO CLASS NOW." Everyone nodded. "I'll get your trays and put them back in the tray return," Frisk said. She grabbed her tray and Sans' struggling to hold onto them since there were plates and glasses. "I'm going to go and help Frisk over here," Sans said before she could even protest. "Suit yourself, me and Papy are going to head to our class, bye!" When she said this, she grabbed Papyrus' arm and they both ran to the exit of the cafeteria. "I'LL SEE YOU LATER BROTHER!" Sans frowned. Metatton had just took the advantage to spend more time with his brother. Pfft, whatever. Sans then grabbed the other two trays left on the table and together, Frisk and him walked over to the tray return. At first they were silent. Then Frisk broke it. "Hey, thanks for helping me out back there." Sans shrugged. "No probs." Frisk looked down at the trays she was carrying. "I know you and my other friends really want to see me dance but...I'm not yet ready to show you guys. I will soon eventually." "It's okay, I understand. Just take all the time you need so that you can really impress us. Not that your not going to impress us!" When they reached the tray return, they both placed their trays on top of the other messy trays students had placed. "We're your friends Frisk. It's not like we're going to betray you if you did a wrong move or anything. Trust me even if Metatton really gets on with my nerves I never abandoned her." Frisk raised an eyebrow. "So you would consider her your friend?" Sans rubbed the back of his head. "Any friend of Paps is a friend of mine." Frisk nodded her head. "Oh right you remember that assignment in first period? The one where we have to write an essay?" Sans rolled his eyes. "Yup, who could forget about homework." Then noticing Frisk grimaced he said "Sorry, it's just I don't really like homework's." Frisk giggled. "Who doesn't? Anyways since you've been here longer than I am, I was wondering if you wanted to help me with homework?" As they walked Sans considered this. "Why not ask my bro or any of your other friends?" "Gee, I don't know. I guess since you were one of the very first friends I made in this school. Unless you want me to go with another friend like Alphys or Undyne? Hmm maybe I could even-" "Sure okay fine kid, I'll help you," Sans finally said before she could say more. Frisk's eyes shined. "Really? Yes!" She then clapped her hands together with delight. "Only to make the homework more fun okay?" Sans said pointing a finger at her. Frisk shrugged. "Sure okay. Where should we meet?" "Just wait for me outside at the exit kid." Frisk nodded her head.

Frisk POV
After classes, Frisk used her locker to grab some items and she walked over to the exit. There were two benches near the exit and Frisk sat on one of them. She would stay there first to wait for either Toriel or Sans. Why Toriel? Well obviously she had to ask permission first from her mom before going to do homework with Sans. However the first person she saw was Chara and Asriel. Frisk waved to the both of them. "Hey Chara, hey Asriel. Are mom and dad going to walk us home?" "Just mom for today." "Dad is having a meeting with one of the staff members. I think they must've done something bad for dad to talk to them," Chara finished, adding her thoughts. "I think he's just trying to help improve their teaching to the students," Asriel added. "Where is mom right now?" Frisk asked anxiously. "She's just packing a few things then she'll be on her way here." Chara raised her brows at Frisk. "Why?" Frisk shuffled one foot on the floor nervously. "I...I have something to ask her about." That was the partly the truth. To her relief, Chara didn't seem to think it was anything worth suspicous and she began to talk with Asriel. A few minutes later, Toriel arrived, carrying her bag. "I'm sorry I kept you waiting. I almost misplaced the papers I have been working on. Anyways are you all ready to go?" "Umm mom before we go, could I ask you a question?" "What is it my child?" Frisk took a deep breath before saying her question. "Could I hangout with my friend?"
